spot on

the quality of premiership football this season has been mostly pretty poor

imo

according to the forums over at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/ if you ring sky and threaten to cancel they will offer at least 3 months at half price.

Lost2

West Wing (not as good as the previous series, I can see why they ended it after this one finished, but styill good enough to watch)

Daily show with John Stewart

Top Gear

Planet Earth

Smallville series 5

don't need Sky for any of the those, Freeview works fine, as does my broadband.

That's actually true, I've already done it. Wonder if they'd be up for doing it a second time...

Lost (season 2) - Still the strongest show on TV.

Prison break - One of the most suspenseful shows I've seen in a while.

Alias - Still going strong in it's final season.

Top Gear - Best british thing ever.

Scrubs - Funny, whilst also quite engaging.

Arrested Development - WHY ARE THEY CANCELLING THIS SHOW FFS?

Planet Earth

Soprano repeats

Where are you all getting Lost series 2 from if this thread is all about whats on tv at the minute? Unless you're in the US I presume?

BitTorrent, get with the 21st century. :o

I still get Desperate Housewives because the girlfriend likes it but do you not find the novelty's long worn off? Or maybe it's just material for the wank bank.

BitTorrent? WTF?

Desperate Housewives is still a must for me mainly for Eva Longoria but also it's a bit dark and some of the storylines are interesting.

It's like a laptop, only bigger.

The only thing dark about that show is the lighting, I thought it was funny for the first half season, don't know why I'm watching it now, bit like Lost.

I agree she'd get a large portion, I'm a bit concerned about how readily you know her name? Although I guess you need something to shout when you're shaking white hot coconuts from the veiny love tree.

Scrubs - bit too moralistic at times as is the tendancy with many US sitcoms, but still a good show

West Wing - Series 6/7 have been poor in comparison to the other 5 but still watchable

My name is earl - moralistic but still funny enough

top gear - great TV

I hate Scrubs like, don't find it the least bit funny and the twee monologues are about as subtle as the ones you used to get at the end of He-Man.

Mocking He-Man now? Fuck's sake. :o

Watching the end of series 1 of Green Wing at the moment, love it, hope HF is wrong about series 2.

I know Black Books is over, but I go back to it regularly, lovely stuff.

Finding the new series of Hustle a little disappointing. I also prefer American Dad to Family Guy now.

If they must rip-off the Simpsons, why rip-off the newer shit episodes? That Family Guy where they get superpowers from toxic waste was basically a remake of a Simpsons Halloween show where Bart and Lisa did exactly the same.
