His voice is annoying, his beats are bland, and the artists that also feature in the songs are even worse than he is. He's an embarrassment to the genre. Hostel and not one but two Dizzee Rascal albums. Give him a chance once, but don't mug yourself. The new one is more rap oriented than either of his other two, which were more grime. Well he's been a pioneer for an entire genre. Wiley might have done it, but has refused to dilute his style so remains a low seller, like all crossover talents Dizzee Rascal has mixed a pop sensibility into his marginalised style (grime). he's one of the most original artists the UK has produced in years, he's sounded fresh on every album he's done, still not running out of ideas and has a distinctive voice.
