Radiohead- Let Down

Transport, motorways and tram lines

Starting and then stopping, taking off and landing

The emptiest of feelings, disappointed people clinging onto bottles

And when it comes, it's so, so disappointing

Let down and hanging around

Crushed like a bug in the ground

Let down and hanging around

Shell smashed, juices flowing wings twitch, legs are going

Don't get sentimental, it always ends up drivel

One day I'm going to grow wings

A chemical reaction, hysterical and useless hysterical and

Let down and hanging around

Crushed like a bug in the ground

Let down and hanging around let down again

You know, you know where you are with you, know where you are

With floor collapses floating, bouncing back and one day

I am going to grow wings

A chemical reaction, hysterical and useless hysterical and

Let down and hanging around

Crushed like a bug in the ground

Let down and hanging around

Meet Glen Campbell

I believe Happy Face likes this sort of thing.

Is that a compilation or a band?

I'm listening to Steven Fry's new Podgram.

A superb rant that's brought a big smile to my face at the end of a depressing day.

It's one of those crooners do rock covers type things. Linkage

Pretty sure it was you who recommended the Paul Anka one to me.

Ooh, there's a new one out? Lovely jubbly. That's tomorrow's lunch break walk soundtrack sorted. :D

They played Paul Anka's version of Bon Jovi's "It's My Life" at the end of my fella's graduation ceremony yesterday. Completely, spectacularly inappropriate.
