  1. Past hour
  2. Cheers, will definitely look into that. Might be the only option by the sounds of it.
  3. Some of the hospitality is pretty reasonably priced and if you’re coming all that way it might make sense anyway - it’s separate from any balloting etc you just pick where you want to be and can buy well in advance. The Barracks seems to be the best priced and the food is canny enough too. Park Grill is decent too, although its a sit down meal. A lot of the others seem to be self service get up and queue situations.
  4. That's a dig at me mate. Some people on here can't handle the bon viveur lifestyle am fortunate to lead
  5. "War chest?" "Who's fucking chest?" "War fucking chest." "And never forget it! Lolz, Laters."
  6. Surely if we did have that money to spend we could just agree the deals and then just not formally put them through until after 30th June? I'm quite certain if we agreed to buy a new asset at work this month we could hold off on it going into the accounts until next month.
  7. I only use profanities where they're warranted, like at you yer cunt.
  8. We lost £11m in 23/24. Probably more this/last season because of the lack of European football, even without major signings. I'd say we're in a healthy position PSR wise while not being able to drop the sort of money you've heard.
  9. Today
  10. Sky reporting Man Utd had a bid of £55m for Mbeumo rejected. Probably offered a 50 year installment plan.
  11. I hope you're going to prepare him for a barrel-load of expletives.
  12. Yes, valid point. Was meaning passing through the 3 year threshold. Didn't we get our summer spending (Isak aside) done early that summer?
  13. Not sure what I’ve started here…
  14. Think there’s more poms than Aussie’s in Perth tbh😂
  15. PSR doesn't reset. It works on a rolling three year cycle so only the third year drops off the calculation come July.
  16. You absolutely will not!!! ... i'll eat my own if that comes happens I think the more pertinent point is around holding off until the PSR reset. Could be plausible.
  17. No need to wait. If we spend even close to £400m I'll eat Craig's arse in Fenwick's window.
  18. Alreet, Alan Oliver. Toontastic (aka ewerk) never forgets. You’ll no doubt be reminded if you were “wide of the mark”.
  19. Turning up at Harrods 5 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve.
  20. You could get some advice from @thebrokendoll. He knows how it works.
  21. They need to chase renewals first. 👍
  22. I'm hearing suggestion we have a war chest in the region of £400m but that due to PSR, we can't touch it until after 30th June cut off as that is when our 3 year loss period ends.
  23. What about the soft, Southern, paisley shirt wearing mags in Poole who want to get up but have to wait to get overpriced train tickets?
