  6. PSR doesn't reset. It works on a rolling three year cycle so only the third year drops off the calculation come July.

  14. I'm hearing suggestion we have a war chest in the region of £400m but that due to PSR, we can't touch it until after 30th June cut off as that is when our 3 year loss period ends.
