1. I'll fucking smack him if that's what he needs.
2. I think if you were to cut his arms off you'd able to beat him to death with them, and you'd within your rights, nay, you'd be obliged to do so.
3. Would this spell the end for Luque though, for me he's a very similar player, or plays a similar position?
4. My mate builds the bastarding things. I say he's the sort of person that makes this country the mockery of the world. He says it's only a job.
5. The town centre is a proper tip like, but it really wouldn't have taken that much to sort it out. Just a cull. And couple of kilos of plastic. You could even combine the two.
6. If it comes off I think Zog will be moving inside to a three man midfield with Emre and Parker with Duff joing a three man attack with Milner and Ameobi or Luque. It's been well documented that Charlie prefers a more central role.
7. Like the competitive dad sketch from the Fast Show
8. when was the last time you were down here Renton? been down there every day since I got back and am yet to see one piece of dogshit that wasn't wearing a kappa hat. 162090 Is this some sort of fitness regime or are you wandering round with a metal detector or something? 162093 go for a run in the morning, back home for a shower, then lay on the beach doing sweet fanny adams until I'm either too hot, or too hungry to stay away from home. 162101 Two minutes then, dear.
9. There are some scary scary wimmen out there. Maybe we should all go the Meenzer way.
10. You can get a universal charger that comes with a range of plugs with it. Most manufacturers produce different sockets to each other so it's difficult to cover them all. I've got one for my car that works for my mp3 and nokia phones but not my sony.
11. F365 board stories of woe Some canny stories here that would near put our S-O to shame, well not quite.
12. Another view point of this may be that, since Oliver just says what Freddie tells him to say, there may be something big in the offing that is fairly advanced, but not saying too much about it. Or he could just be a totally twunt.
13. Thought I mentioned the other day that we ALWAYS go there to play on the beach. Generally just try to avoid horse shit though.
14. I haven't bothered since since football on Saturday. Went in the sea at Seaton Sluice last night though so had a wash.
15. I thought that was released players within the same division, not when a fee is paid. Possibly wrong though.
16. Agree. For 10 million, you should expect something more than Aston. We need to build a squad up and have cover for inevitable injuries too (in all positions), not spend our entire budget on one player. Regarding Milner, I was under the impression he was player of the year in an admittedly poor Villa team last year, much like Solano before him. Am I wrong about this? 161005 Sounds about right, but Roeder has said that Milner has a big future here, but then again he's said plenty so far with little end product.
17. Perhaps not but Talksport hit the nail on the head on Sunday when Ray Houghton (I think) pointed out that we desperately needed strikers and other clubs were well aware of this and therefore will hold us to ransom. 160965 More mismanagement from the board room, utterly predictable and completely avoidable. Buying Ashton at this fee would mean spending about half our ST revenue on him; and that's before we take into account his wages. Surely we can't afford this? Maybe, just maybe, we should have invested in a manager who can work on a budget instead? 160974 I think that's an impossible task given that we need strikers. Fair enough to have a pop at the board but I don't think you can blame Roeder in this instance. Especially as I don't think the SJP crowd would accept the sort of planks you'd get for a lot less. I think I'd rather have someone like Ashton, even if he will cost a fair whack of our budget. Hopefully, if we did sign him, Milner going the other way would offset the fee by around £3million. Which manager did you have in mind btw? 160979 It's that part of the deal that stinks. True, we can't afford to throw that sort of money around any more, but getting rid of that lad seems daft. What happens when Solano gets injured?
18. Seems to think Gateshead is somewhere close to the Central Station - maybe I should have just stayed there on Saturday
19. Tentative steps were made yesterday morning, then spent all afternoon in wor lasses garden drinking again. It seemed a good idea at the time, perhaps not so much now. What I can remember is all fairly embarassing. Whoever has photos, I really don't need to see them.
20. Top day out peeps, well done to all. Big thanks to Cat and SLP for organisational work and further thanks to everybody who kept me more or less on the straight and narrow. I think wor lass needs some extreme thanks too for coming to pick the fuckwit up.
21. mine was called Kizzy.... bless her years later I ended up aith a huge ginger Tom which I called Jake because of the size of his appendage...never seen one the size of it on a pussy before.. 159555 Sorry like, but what is the connection between the name Jake and a large cat knob? Also, what were you doing looking at it, your utter freak?! 159656 Jake the Snake I assume 159658 Ahhh, still tenuous tbf. 159659 Would have been more tenuous, oblique even, if the cat was called Roberts 159660 Jake as in Jake the Peg ( with the extra leg) you knerbs... And you couldn't help looking at it when he was lying on his back licking it thank you very much.. 159816 Who was licking it? 159817 Jake was licking himself you dorty boy.... 159818 Lucky barsteward
