    I think the problem is the slight change in formation. Wirtz is really a 10 and hasn't performed. Salah is out of form and barely presses or puts any defensive work in. The midfield is struggling to protect their defence.

    Wenger always said you should only add 2-3 players per season. Obviously that’s down to circumstance, but Liverpool didn’t need to do this. Especially the signings of Isak and Ekitike.

    Unless Wissa or Big Nick get injured I can’t see him getting any game time soon. His status has massively grown recently though so we might get decent coin for him.

    Howe will always talk his players up. He’d be shite if he didn’t. The general feeling spreading is Big Willy is suddenly good now he has had a couple of good cameos. I love the Mad Beserker as well btw.

    I don’t think he would but he’ll be in the firing the line. they’ve been shite since the back end of last season. Every game I watched at the start of the season, they somehow managed to win whilst playing shite. its beautiful.

    I’m not sure Eddie will venture too far away from this current formation on a regular basis. He’ll only ever use it when we are chasing a goal or playing very weak opposition.

    Palmer covered the ground well and was a nuisance but he was awful on the ball and technically bad. He was never an international footballer. Geoff Thomas was actually a decent player (before a bad injury) but he was mocked for an awful attempt at a chip (I think by Skinner & Baddiel) in an international game.
