Any coating on the prints to stop finger prints etc marking it? I got some done at a place in the metro centre once, ran a duster over them and it totally fucked them up because they didnt have the protective coating.

I'm currently doing family/children photoshoots for £50 with 12 high res images on CD for anyone wanting something like this for xmas presents: Shameless self promotion admitedly, but you've got to admit that's a bargain Pm me for more details.

The floating effect I dont like either, but I dont know how to keep the backdrop etc in without it looking horrid. The floor especially as once the kids start shuffling about on it it gets all scrunched up with big creases everywhere. I'm a fan of the close up head shots as it removes these problems lol.

So I got the chance to dust off the home studio equipment and did a shoot for my boss who has some extremely cute children. Below is a selection of the photos. Only the 3rd time I've done a studio shoot so any feedback would be great

Yeah exactly... always get people to sign model release forms these days anyway and will ask her to bring ID. If she doesn't I just wont do the shoot.

Was gonna join Greens but just found out FX gym which is a lot closer is the same price as the special offer Greens have on... Gonna check out FX this weekend and might just join there if I like it.

Looks like I'm joining Greens. They just offered £44 a month plus December for free... And as I have my free month anyway that means I wouldn't start paying till Jan. Haven't commuted yet as wanna give myself an hour or so to mull it over but it seems like a pretty good deal

Aye I think I either need to put up with Dunston Pool which costs me about £20 a month going once a week, or stump up the extra cash for a proper one like the Green's one. Damn them with their free one month membership and making me want something I cant afford lol! I forgot there was DW at Byker which isn't as far... might see if they will let me have a free day pass to check it out. Only thing with that type of place is that I think somewhere like Green's will be quieter and attract a slightly different type of person? Could be wrong like but one of the reasons Dunston pisses me off so much is the meat heads who go there

So following on from my previous thread about Green's Gym and the free months membership I managed to pilfer off the missus (dont worry I bought her some flowers from the Shell garage to say thanks), I have decided that I can no longer bare to go to Dunston Pool ever again! So where do you go? I need somewhere that is: a) fairly nice b has a good sauna and steam room c) has a good jacuzzi d) has a decent sized pool I'm not arsed about weights rooms, classes or any of that jazz... just somewhere to swim and relax.

Been twice now... and it's a damn sight better than the fat bald middle aged men crowd at Dunston Pool

Nah, its behind Findus, just next to Longbenton estate. I was a member for a year and its canny, I didnt think the weights room was small tbh, seems quite a size theres 2 or 3 of each machine and always 2 or more kids who look like extras from Geordie Shore fighting over the free weights. Theres a good sized Cardio room though, plenty bikes, treadmills and cross trainers although the tellys never seemed to work as you'd want them to. Pool wise its not bad, good enough size, 2 jacuzzis and as already said, steam and sauna rooms. Only trouble was when I was there, things would regularly break down and take days to be fixed. Steam room was notorious for it, spent more time out of action that Dan Gosling. Not wrong there... went on Friday night and everything was working fine Went yesterday afternoon and the cool jacuzzi was out of order and the machine that dries your swimming shorts was bust too
