1. That's because we're pseudo-intellectual trees.
2. Played him on the wing, so Pedro told him to fuck off, faked injury, and then went on Sky to call him a liar. Or something. 77157 I heard a rumour about a table and Phil Boersma at John Lennon Airport as well
3. Did you see the thread by backtheteam He's obviously one of the regulars posting under a pseudonym ( ) but I don't spend enough time over there to know who it is. Get the impression he's not from these shores though Edit: just been back and got the name wrong!! Now correct.
4. I was bored this morning so I got out an old video (no, a football one!). I chose the one that your signature stems from. Great game and we outclassed Liverpool. However, right at the start, SKY were commenting on the players lining up for the Toon who Souness had sold: Hooper - good decision. Venison - exceedingly debatable given the fantastic job he did for us. And a certain P. Beardsley!!!!
5. Gives a whole new excuse to curb crawlers when stopped by police
6. So you don't watch any documentaries because they might be biased? Odd. I guess you could argue this was biased in favour of science and atheism, but if you are intelligent enough to have your own point of view, where's the problem? In contrast, I saw about 5 minutes of celebrity BB, which is no doubt getting millions of viewers. *sigh* 77056 Odd???? No. I watch stacks of documentaries which inform us of interesting subjects without giving a quite obvious slant on the maker's perspective. I thought, rightly or wrongly, that this was just going to be someone who has decided that religion 'IS the route of all evils and will prove it'. That is the reason I didn't watch it. And, contrary to popular belief, I do have enough intelligence to form my own opinion on a subject. EDIT: and I can say in all truthfulness that I have not watched one minute of this Big Brother stuff.
7. I was tempted to watch it but didn't as I think a lot of these type of documentaries are quite biased in favour of the maker's point of view eg how a LM documentary about Souness would look like. I am increasingly worried that religion is just the root of all the world's problems. 'bout time we started worshipping the sun again imo.
8. The difference is Gemmill, to the likes of Alex and Mancy, I am just an anonymous voice on a message board. On the other hand, they actually know you in the real world, and have obviously drawn their own conclusions! 77021
9. After giving up for seven years previously, I don't think there's much advice I can give. Keep it up though. Mind you, after seven years without one, you should have been hit over the head with a stick for starting again you daft lad!
10. I think Souness' comment that he's a bigger fan meant that he is praying that something might happen harder than the fans are, during the game. Praying that something happens by luck as nothing seems to happen by design!!!!
11. Somebody's been reading my latest book, entitled 'How to make love the snake's way' I see
12. *Dreads to think of the state of the pink panther!* Haven't seen the vid, but Beyonce does have a place in my heart I must say.
13. His Jamie's a lovely looking lad though but, isnt he?! 76648 That's because I'm his real father!!!
14. I've told you why they show it as often as possible - fuckin' MOTSON! That is the reason, plain and simple. They fuckin' love the guy.
15. Tottingham fans last night when 2 - 0 up: 'Martin Yowl (cockney pronunciation of Jol), Martin Yowl, Martin Martin Yowl. Tottenham win away, again, Martin Martin Yowl.' Somehow I can't remember them singing it later on What a shame And maybe Manc-Mag can tell us what the transport problems were in Manchestuh on Sat, as only around 30,000 managed to turn up at Eastlands, City of Manchester Stadium (and also 'Blue Camp' as one citeh fan I know seriously called it ) call it what you want - the home of the best football supporters in the world. Ever. Fact.
16. I still remember Bournemouth in 1992..... 76553 the coldest game ever! FACT 120 minutes followed by penalties stood in -10 temperatures just to watch us go out. 76605 Yep, I remember stood behind the leazes goal and it being so fucking cold waiting for them to get on with the penalties. It only warmed up when a line of blokes took a piss at the front and the warmth of drifted backwards.... Them were the days! 76619 Unless my mind is playing tricks (again!) a certain K.Bond (in the news again today) was playing for Bournemouth??
17. More Newcastle-bashing by the beeb tbh. I remember Coventry as cup holders getting knocked out against non-league Sutton United back in 1988 but how often do we get to see that? 76589 Yeah, but the H*****d game was 'Motty's' first MOTD live broadcast (or summit like that) I believe, and, as we all know, 'Motty' just has to fart and the rest of the BBC *spit* has a wank, so it's inevitable that they show the clip as often as possible to remind us all of his great start in outside broadcasting Oh, and the shot of 'Motty' in the snow at City Ground wearing that sheepskin coat - I'm sure you all know the one I'm talking about. Christ, I fuckin' HATE that man!!
18. Put in a sack and shot. Then drowned. 76586 Then put in a car crusher.
19. Yet another cup run to paper over the cracks?? Can't ask for more really. If we can't beat either of these two then Souness should be shot, never mind sacked.
