Hypocrital twats the lot of them. One's a building on fire? It's the fucking WTC. It was a bit more than on fire Not that I find it in any way offensive, it's actually quite funny, I just find their attitude baffling. Taking the piss out of the fact their Stokoe statue makes him look like a nonce by Photoshopping him into arguably the most famous war photograph ever taken is well out of order but replacing a plane which helped bring down a skyscraper in the worst terrorist attack the Western world has ever seen with our latest signing is well within the boundries of comedy. Okay then. I wonder who has a american owner, he might like to see that picture

This. Like you say though, won't happen. I doubt they even know who he is. Hey maybe the NUST could have a fund raiser and, nahhhh forget it
-
Yeah unless we're in for anyone decent I agree. Last thing we'd want is for some past it bastard to come in, score a few flukey goals, have Pardew blow smoke up his arse and see the club turn around in the summer and offer a contract whilst saying they now don't need to look for strikers. Somebodys been gettng them self a crystal ball

There loss our gain tbh

In todays climate we were always going to break the wage structure (45k a week) to keep our best players, Bilyaletdinov came out of the Lescott money and alot of our big name signings (Fellaini) for example we are paying Standard Liege 3m a year for Since the beginning of the premier league we have a net spend of 6.8m outside of player sales and youth player sales that just isn't good enough Here are the facts: http://www.toffeeweb.com/season/10-11/comm...lbag/17036.html LOL... 6.8m in 19 years thats amazing. There's no way the sums add up. I still dont believe the high level 70m figure. Your wage bill shouldn't be that high, so you must be paying a lot out in interest. The 70m figure is operational cost, not just wages though. You've missed my point. They are clearly being run on a shoe string so shouldn't have operating costs of 70m. I thought you where linking the 70m to player wages alone. My bad.

The word on the street is, thats what he's doing Anyway with the fair play rules, most clubs will be looking to reduce there operations cost to increase available funds for playing squad. Selling the club will not change that, Everton need to increase the income how will selling achieve that ?
-
I exciled in Liverpool, so it's been all over the radio today about Evertons money worry's £79.6m Income £79.6m operation cost Debt's are at £40m+ up £7m. This includes the lescott money @£23m Everton are in trouble as debt will continue to increase at 18million pers season with the current operation costs.

Agree with you J69, Which is a shame really. As things stand i looks like he could be a reasonably manger for our current finacial climate, but will always do what Ashley tell him to do. Shame

A new Sports-Direct shop. Don't joke about that. It may have been my hangover but for the first time on Saturday I realised how much that brand is pushed at us on a match day. Two signs on the Gallowgate, a banner lying in the middle of the pitch and the fucking electronic advertising boards all advertising that bloody brand. Surely they can't stop fans who want to sing congregating there? Unless they move the away fans back to the corner or just leave it empty? The singing section has been such a successful idea that I can't see fans just finding another area to take over and use. Got a bloodied knuckle punching the fuck out the SD sign at the back of the NE Corner when the 4th went in. Hard lad eh, picking on apoor sign

An honest if disturbing short term outlook. How are they, NUFC, going to keep anyone if all the player has to do to get away is to put in a transfer request???? Carrollgate will just happen time and time again, once clubs wave the cheque book in front of would-be signings. The Arsenal model (buy cheap, sell mucho) will reign supreme at St James'. you can't keep any player once they start to think about more money and the chance of playing for clubs that are attempting to win the trophies. Correct, a sad summary of the state of our club finances when the likes of Wigan are demonstrating more ambition, yes. Sad state of affairs when Wigan of ten years ago planned for the future better than we did Alot of good it has done them, there in a worst position than us

Why make the statement when nobody has said the club is for sale ?

http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Liver...icle691857.html Ohh Dear NUFCFANS have just tweeted 'There were strong reports from sources on Merseyside this morning that his injury could be as bad as Jonathan Woodgate's.' a short while ago -
Who else are we going to get? I will take Freddy in a heartbeat. Cracking justification Seriously, have a fucking word man! Are you really going to deny that under Shepherd we weren't experiencing good times? How can you possibly see him as a bad chairman? Yes he ran up debt, but any club doing well in the modern day (without a billionaire needs to be in debt). Times change. We had good times under Shepherd primarily because of the appointments of KK and SBR. The absolute abominations we were served up under Dalglish, Gullit, Souness and Roeder proves it was fuck all to do with Shepherd. He'd be a fucking disaster coming back now. Why do you think we could appoint world class managers like SBR? With Ashley, Hughton was as good as it gets and look what happened to him. Seriously, we will never ever attract a good manager under Ashley. Shepherd for all he was, could do that. Moreover, we had Keegan. He fucked off soon after he realised what he was dealing with regards to Ashley. We attracted two decent managers during Shepherd's time at the club. Both who had massive sentimental attachment to the club. All the rest were fucking garbage. Seriously, say Shepherd come in tomorrow. Who are you telling me he'd appoint as manager? I'd love to know. I doubt he would appoint another manager until the end of the season atleast, anyone can see that is not what we need right now. Stop dodging the question. You reckon Shepherd would attract a decent manager. Name him. What are you on about? Freddy Shepherd could definitely attract the likes of MON, something which will not happen under Ashley, et al. Lets not joke, that's a massive step-up on Pardew. You sir are a moron. MON, the guy fucks off in a huff when he run's out of money. Am I missing something? You would rather have Pardew over MON. Yeah you are missing something, Firstly it got nothing to do with him being better than Pardrew. Secondly, If shepard was in charge like you wish. Where do you think we would be finacially ? Would FFS be able to give the funds to MON like he would require to build his squad. MON would just turn out to be like souness, as in disaster

Yes we would have been relegated, due to the points deduction for going bust. Which we would have under FFS

Exactly I don't know how people cannot see this. The TV money and league postion should bring in at least £50m this year. Thats without any other revinue streams The sicking thing is, this would pu the club back in profit (maybe on a small one). Then there is the Loan to start reducing. This could go on for a further fews years yet
