  1. note: it doesnt support EVERYTHING you have said on this thread and if you read my posts i agreed with you about levy......
  2. *** keyboard warriors there's your memory acting up again and it's hardly suprising with the way you act really
  3. fcb. you could easily find out who i am from the information you have already. and i dont know manc-mag. i wondered that when fcb first tried this the other night
  4. no doubt park life (parky?). the points fcb originally made about levy running them better are valid. with our fanbase and gate potential we have the overall potential to be top 5 in deloittes list easily
  5. do you always try and argue like this?
  6. i said i'd be popping in. are you going to actually try and discuss how tottenham's holding company being based in a tax haven means they save money, or are you going to stand by your earlier attempts at being billy big bollocks? come on, you claim to know a thing or two, prove you're not just a knuckle dragging mouthy arsehole who shits himself at the first sign of a reasonable debate based on actual information and resorts to weak insults.
  7. when did i say i was 21? or is this just you continuing a trend of "i think something, therefore it must be fact, and anyone disagreeing with me must be wrong" and once again you fail to discuss football and focus on me. do you like me or something?
  8. yes joe lewis lives in the bahamas and that is where the holding company will be based (not sure if its in the bahamas or cayman islands to tell the truth), as it is a tax haven the company will save a lot of money as it is exempt from uk tax laws (unlike say, for example, our holding company which fma owns, because it is based in the uk), the tax dodging bit was supposed to be a light hearted way of putting this. dont really have time to argue with you like the other time fcb, but if you want to "discuss football", which you claim this board is for i'll be popping in though.
  9. and once again you cant find a rebuttal to the actual facts i post so try and base your argument on me as a poster. a bit weak really why not just say you dont have a clue how to argue? if your attempts are going to be as pathetic as that why post them?
  10. erm, my comment was mostly tongue in cheek fcb. if you have had a humourectomy fair enough. i agree with you about them managing their money better, but my point about ridiculous expenditure still stands and since you said it (albeit in a different context), they arent based in london, theyre based in the bahamas, a tax haven, and save a considerable amount of money that way.... so that point is still valid arsehoooooole
  11. they always have money. theyve spent going on 200mill in the past 4/5 years or so must be something to do with their tax dodging antics
  12. i dont understand this a player plays well for 1 season and people think if we sign him it'll "reignite" him or whatever. just look at it like this, and try and go with me: if messi [sTAY WITH ME] (or another proven player who has been tops for a while) played shit for a season people would use the excuse "form is temporary, class is permanent" and he'll be back to his best, like people are saying about rooney at the minute. so surely this can be applied in reverse to a player who has played well for 1 season but been largely average for the rest of his career? one swallow doesnt make a summer, 1 good season does not make a good player. meh. im just rambling really
  13. with better coaching/tactics/usage (of him as a player) routledge could be effective for us. as has been said he can beat a man, the problem lies in the fact he is shit at crossing. beat a man and pull it back to someone (either to cross it or have a shot). dyer managed it
  14. also could have a negative influence on team spirit
  15. he's 29, as his main attribute is pace, and sure to go soon, if swp is on loan this could be his last chance at proving anything i guess. and wouldnt lumber us with another legless geremi still listing him as a duff though
  16. no he was unhappy sitting on the bench at man city so went to villa. he's unhappy at villa because theyre shit and frustrated because he's been playing shit. you're right that he USED to be good a few years ago, but yet again, our history of signing players who USED to be good a few years ago speaks for itself. plus, why would he leave man city for regular football, get it at villa, and then leave villa to sit on our bench? tiote, nolan, benny, barton all ahead of him from what ive seen with gosling yet to show me and guthrie with potential (and a good second half against sunderland) could also offer more. no thanks. if we're to add a midfielder it has to be pure dm cover for tiote, like sissoko
  17. dunno about swp like back when he was on form aye, but he's done nowt since his first spell at man city 5 years ago. another duff for me
  18. even though i'd list them as a team i dislike and would like to see relegated, i really dont care about sunderland. apart from the lead up to derby day the shit down the road barely ever cross my mind however, i would like to finish above them, but the simple fact is that i'd like to finish above everyone. they are on par with bolton in that.
  19. you are being a bit paranoid there's a similar thing on the other board i frequent (by thing i mean defense mechanism from posters to someone new) in which they (some posters from aforementioned board) call people 5/andy/tino in reference to previous posters who proved to be of the WUM/mong variety but have since stopped posting. Apart from tino that is, who had 6 goodbye threads, 19 meltdowns, and has come back in at least 2 different usernames (that we know of), currently posting as el toro.
  20. that ghostbusters one is quality easily top 5 so far
