  1. Just like the Australian fans have told us to ignore Broad not walking? Or one bad decision on Khawaja which had the PM foaming at the mouth despite the fact Smith shoulda been out after.
  2. Whoever it was who noticed thread titles working together
  3. I am therefore leaving immediately for Nepal, where I intend to live as a goat.
  4. . Besides, it's not like normal oil extraction hasn't killed millions of animals and devastated the environment in spills or anything...
  5. When would the word lezzer be used now Robbie Savage has retired?
  6. Absolutely it's a different debate but there's no conclusive evidence it DOES have an effect yet people are going crazy about it, assured its definitely going to be awful. I worked a month in June for an oil and gas exploration company who had a job in the Basque Country, the locals heard about it (it wasn't even fracking), presumed it was fracking and did their best to make our lives hell, cutting cables, shouting abuse at us (one guy even tried throwing a Molotov cocktail ). The company ended up pulling out of the job which had the potential to create thousands of jobs in Spain... Not like they need it or anything. Ever since gas land people are speaking definitively about things which aren't necessarily true about fracking. Still, this cunt makes me hope it contaminates all the local water and they do it in the south east, prick.
  7. Nice to see the owld 'fracking is definitely bad' propaganda has effected such senior people...
  8. 'Oooh LTB I love the way you work that away shirt.'
  9. Nowt wrong with wearing shirts on holiday or the like is there? As long as its tasteful of course. Not talking the full kit wankers in full Liverpool kits (and towel) in Benidorm, probably with a Liver Bird shaved into their back hair or anything.
  10. Alright lads, Got a spare ticket to day one of the Ashes at Old Trafford (Thursday, August 1st). Selling face value coz I'm not an arsehole but it's in the posh seats so we're talking £80. Will be at the game myself so it's a case of picking up from me before the toss. Gonna put it on gum tree and the likes tomorrow but thought I'd see if anyone from here is interested first.
  11. Get some salt on it before meals and live through it .
  12. Lovely that, shame Adidas shirts are normally the worst on offer though.
  13. Odd how people are saying if you go to casinos and/or won't buy a Wonga shirt you can't criticise Cisse. I don't particularly want to buy a Wonga shirt (and won't buy a shirt this season), however if I played for the club and got paid to wear it, I would. Using religion as an excuse and THEN going to a casino which is also against your religion is wrong, and there's nothing else that can be said about it. Odd to say 'if you go to casinos you can't criticise him'.
  14. I kept winning about a fiver on it and thought I was ace... But it's so easy to end up a few hundred down. Complete bullshit really because you end up down in the end. Envious of people who've been Vegas though, bet that's amazing.
  15. Win hundreds a year on sports betting, only been in a casino once though. I remember betting on blackjack online and thinking I was big spuds using the martingale system... Until I almost lost 80 quid to win about a tenner
  16. The one thing that does confuse me though is that even though most people are generally pro-Royal family, I've not met a single person who would go wait outside a fucking hospital for them. Where do they come from?!
  17. 'Well we were being held to ransom over strikers, luckily Campbell stepped up in the Pacos de Ferreira friendly and we won't even need to replace Cisse!'
  18. To be fair, the news coverage is boring as fuck, but then again put on a 24 hour news channel at any time and try not to slit your wrist with a shard of broken glass. It's why I'm not allowed in Wetherspoons .
  19. These 'I don't care' Facebook/twitter posts and everything are arguably more annoying than the morons who go on on about it. Not mentioning it all outside of a dedicated thread on a Newcastle message board is obviouslu the way to go.
  20. I criticised his piece as south-centric and meant to sound as if the people of Newcastle are ungrateful towards Ashley (the main complaints were naturally about the Anti-Semitic lies). The words 'Strength Through Joy' may not have been said about Everything positive Ashley has done, but they were insinuated.
  21. Got this from Mr. Armitage (I complained before the edit) Thankyou for your email. Needless to say, I don't agree with your criticisms. The attacks on Ashley's stewardship of NUFC have been extensive in the sports pages and were not the point of my piece. I was briefed to research what he was like as a boss and businessman in the week he's paying thousands of staff huge share bonuses. This I did. The point about anti semitism is, as you can see, a quote from somebody I interviewed who is close to Ashley. Your complaint has been forwarded to management at the newspaper. Kindest regards Jim
  22. I don't find Wonga offensive, because I've not had them trying to force a loan on me. I've had religious people trying to force their religion on me, so find the Abrahamic religions offensive. It's clear though, as people have said, that Cisse and his little spat have little to do with religion, just his own greed wrapped up in bullshit.
  23. I've had one were the stadium goes silent and looks at me too . But for some reason I was watching Walsall v Cheltenham at Carlisles ground and it was because I opened my crisps too loud. The human mind is fucked.
  24. Yeah, tiptoeing around the beliefs of someone who thinks Muhammad flew about on a winged horse then climbed a ladder to meet God, Moses and Jesus.
  25. Aye Italian football has great style with stuff like that. Shame about the quality mind.
