I think he does. But Id also like to see some other names remembered as well. Id prefer to see the Milburn stand as it was, but what about making the East Stand named after Bobby and the Gallowgate after Harvey for example. Mind, good point by Alex, the timing of their rather snide comment lacks taste. Think we will be remembered though, but agree that naming a stand after people should be kept for those who have done more for the club. Saving us from relegation and supporting us his whole life isnt enough iyam. Perhaps we should have a bob Paisley stand as well? It would make more sense for Ipswich to name a stand after him and keep ours for the likes of harvey or the next manager to get us to win something! My thought exactly.

Just discovered that t'other week. Two thumbs up from me so far. Is it free? It is. It's in the Comedy Podcast chart on Itunes. As I've listened to more and more my description seems less and less apt. It's actually turned into a fixation on their position in the Itunes charts, an obsession with the reviews they've had and an occasional rail against John 'Gaunty' Gaunt. No less entertaining for it though. And I'll constantly be referring to pleasant innocents as "fucking idiots" for a little while.

Eh? How's that work? If your average attendance is at 92%, it means you don't fill your ground. Size of the ground doesn't matter does it as even if it was bigger, you wouldn't fill it (that's what the 92% tells me) Because there are times that we could have filled our ground twice over for big games, NLD normally sells out in hours. That of course would push our avverage attendance up, I am sure the same would apply to you. As I say, those figures are useless. And therein lies the problem... Or it would be if that were the case. They could only draw 26K for a premier league game against Man U. And that's not the 80's when all attendances were down, it was at the peak of the premier league resurgence in '97.

Exactly, there isn't the demand. If there was a demand Spurs would expand/move....like every top club has. 36,000 is about right for your mediocre club.

You NEVER hear about clubs like Everton, Tottenham, Villa spoken about like this, and never will. I've long said Leeds are and will be the sixth biggest club in England sooner or later because that's their natural position in my view. Potential business partner in club praise shocker. Mansion and Puma combined sponsorship deal for Spurs? 80m. Northern Rock sponsorship of Newcastle? Some subprime debt and a bottle of Broon. 28000 for a season opening home game?

Have you got any figures or anything to back that up? No. I did give reasons for assuming it was the case though.
