I've seen us play far worse. Sissoko has knocked in a couple of very decent balls. De Jong's finishing leaves a lot to be desired, but he's getting in and amongst them.

Don't think this has been mentioned RE Souness: Not that I'm condoning Pardew's actions in the slightest. But Souness should keep his mouth firmly shut.

I've seen far, far worse. Spurs are set up with a very high defensive line so we're best off playing this way, trying to catch them on the counter attack. Krul's mistake apart, we've arguably had the best chances of the game. The conditions are horrendous for football as well, so it's no surprise that players on both sides are misplacing passes and misjudging the flight of the ball.
