  2. So, according to your logic, we shouldn't complain about bad officiating because bad officiating worked to our benefit too? jus saying its swings and roundabouts. Cabaye shoulda won a pen, but he shouldn't have been on the pitch. Swings and roundabouts indeed - if they'd awarded a free-kick for the blatant foul on him, Cabaye probably wouldn't have reacted so petulantly.
  3. It depends what day they get back, really. Ba might make it either way but I don't think he'll play Cisse because surely at most he'll have had only training session at the club if he plays against Blackburn.
  4. Hysterical much? We weren't that bad, we just weren't clinical enough. Agreed about the subs though, utterly bemusing. What exactly is Ryan Taylor going to add?
  5. Don't think the Dembas will play in this one, so going to go with being happy with a draw. I'm still very optimistic about this season because I think having those two playing (and hopefully a new defender) will really improve our side. And they'll galvanise the squad too. End of the day we've just lost two games in a row, it's not good form.
  6. Looking forward to a Rickroll next.

  8. Looks like Ballsdeep has just come across an ancient internet meme and can't help himself but use it.
  9. No-one has said that. Only nonsense here is your post. Hard to know when you're being a WUM and when you're not, to be fair.

  11. Terrible result, but to be fair Brighton aren't that bad and they'll have raised their game given they're playing against a team from a higher division. Hardly a "giant-killing". They're a good side who ran Liverpool very close earlier in the season and beat Sunderland too.
  12. I wanted Liverpool to win it purely because Man Utd are a better team and it makes it slightly easier for us if they're knocked out (if we actually progress in this competition).
  13. So your hysteria is based around: - People making unsubstantiated claims about how he was lined up for the job months in advance of Hughton getting the sack. Did it not occur to you that if this is the case, perhaps Ashley wanted to give Hughton a chance in the Prem before making a final decision on whether to stick with Hughton or not? Simply put, we're better off with Pardew. At the time I was thought it was a crazy decision but it's paid off handsomely. - Pardew's history at previous clubs. Sorry - what? What does that have to do with us now? Was he abusive in the past? Racist? Are you really against the man because it was claimed that he slept with a player's wiffe and because he doesn't get on Wenger? There is nothing in his past to warrant your ill-feelings towards him to the extent of your posts in this thread. In my opinion. Football is full of cunts. Full of them. Why do you single out Pardew? Because he gets on well with the regime? End of the day as manager of Newcastle United - all I really care about - he has done little wrong and he deserves plenty of credit for how we're doing.
