I haven't heard a single person agree with this decision. Not a single person. Only they thought this was a good idea. They're beyond retarded. Fat fucking evil prick. Take your black and white scarf off and don't pretend to care about NUFC.
-
Still can't believe this has happened. Essays could be written about how diabolical a decision they have made (on every single level). They're absolutely abhorrent people and they haven't learned a thing from the Keegan debacle. And they never will learn.
-
It won't happen and the players and watching fans will suffer. I agree with the sentiment but this club is bigger than one man.
-
This man gave a job to Souness. He's not as bad as Ashley et al, but that doesn't say a lot.

Materialism: The "What have you bought?" Thread
Monroe Transfer replied to Tooj's topic in General Chat
That shit must be the epitome of vag magnetism. If you're not coming home with at least 2 'better than than 1, 2, 3 and 4' women in your arms then you might as well just give it all to charity or do something stupid like spending it on NUFC. -
Kevin been on the WKDs again? And in answer to the OP - I'll wait a few days to see who we bring in, as that will have a huge say in how this season finishes (and whether we really hit a crisis point). If it's Jol, for example, then we'll probably be alright.

Who do you think the new manager will be?

I see what you did there. -
Really credible source that.

Was that a fat joke?

Wonder when Hitzfeld's Switzerland contract is up and whether he fancies one more big challenge before retiring.
-
I do wonder how Jol feels about Hughton being treated so badly. If he's a friend would he stand for that?
-
Fantastic.

I know, I know. But someone had to. http://twitter.com/jasonburt_tele If there's any truth in this and it ever comes to fruition, it would go some way to repairing a very sorry situation.
-
There's still 11 men on a pitch who would also suffer if people stopped going to matches.
-
The best thing we could have hoped for after this is a home match the following weekend. I'm in support of whatever people feel the need to do to vent their anger, aside from physically hurting him and his cronies.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team

Astonishing. They really are aliens or something aren't they? So out of touch, so clueless. How on earth did Ashley become a self-made billionaire?- 10610 replies

He'll end up at another club, do a decent job, and make us feel jealous of them. I felt like he was 'our' man, I really felt there was a mutual respect between him, the players and the fans. That respect wasn't there for Kinnear, Souness, Allardyce and even Shearer. Now we'll get a new man in, whoever he is, and he'll be expected (by the board) to do better than Hughton has. I'm not entirely sure what he could bring to the table that Hughton apparently couldn't. Either way it'll take a few games for things to settle and we've really not got the time for a new manager to come in and get assimilated. We'll lose games because of the instability and that could cost us far more harshly than retaining Hughton would have.
-
If we'd beaten West Brom we'd be sitting pretty in eighth at the moment. A point off Bolton in sixth. This wasn't some downward spiral we couldn't get out of, a few of the first choice players back and we'd start climbing again.
-
I hope Ashley will personally explain to my boss why my productivity has been so slow today.
-
Doesn't need to be asked.
-
I know, that's why I said "That alone is not enough to get rid of a manager". I'm sure the form encouraged it regardless, which is bad enough on its own.
-
We had 5 games without a win. That alone is not enough to get rid of a manager who has done so much for the club. Utterly pathetic and hope they get everything that is thrown in their direction. They're scum who seem intent on killing this club from the inside out and irreversibly damaging our reputation and standing in the game. They're just retarded, selfish, spineless, dishonest, clueless men in suits who haven't done anything to deserve the power they have over NUFC other than making enough money to take over it.
-
I doubt there is a single person in the game who agrees with this. Another case of men in suits having too much power and doing something only they agree with; as with Platini and technology, the whole Qatar World Cup thing. Looking forward to the very many people laughing at and criticising us who can't differentiate Mike Ashley from NUFC and its fans.
-
I bet Hughton is utterly devastated. Could not happen to a nicer man; one the fans liked, the media respected, the fellow managers admired, and most of all - one the players were loyal to and comfortable with. We were no longer a laughing stock. It says it all when Villa, Everton and Liverpool are below us in the table (irregardless of the small points differences). Even Grant is still at West Ham.
-
Ashley has to go. I don't know how but this is the last straw. Biggest kneejerk in the history of the game.
