Guthrie had a couple. He was pretty hit and miss as it were.

Yawn-tastic. Another boring, defensive side comes to SJP and gets something out of the match. We really need to work out how to break these kind of teams down.

Carroll should have scored there.

Xisco to come on and get a hat trick.

Would Ben Arfa start in our team at the minute?
Monroe Transfer replied to Anorthernsoul's topic in Newcastle Forum
Is the OP serious? Did we ever get any form of estimate as to when Ben Arfa might return? March-April perhaps (based on previous similar recovery times)? I read that de Jong has been left out of the next Dutch squad as well for showing no remorse. Good. I don't have a single positive word to say about him. I've always thought he was a dirty player, his kick at Alonso was one of the most heinous things I've seen on a football pitch, and now he's completely responsible for robbing my club of potentially its best player for the vast majority of the season. I have no time for him at all and I only wish Van Marwijk would get rid of Van Bommel too (never going to happen given he's family) as he's also a terrible example to younger footballers. -
Unless there's space (and time) to pass it short, I'd rather defenders just cleared it by any means necessary. Under no circumstances should you dither (for want of a better word) in your own box. Just get rid.

The Premier League's dirtiest players

Well if we're going to be like that, might as well nominate this man. -
Hopefully he'll learn from that. A harsh lesson.

Andy Carroll - Will he stay or will he go?

I wouldn't be totally against getting someone like Carew in during the January window, just as cover for Carroll. Bring a decent name in during pre-season, assuming we stay up. -

http://arseblog.com/2010/11/wolves-0-2-ars...h-three-points/ (scroll down a bit) Throw him out of the game. The PL/FA really need to look into this sort of character because he's a genuine danger to other players. -
Would have been perfectly happy with a point tbh.

Results like this make me worry for our safety. It also ends that great vibe and feeling I had about us.
-
Rather we win one and lose two chasing it than draw 3 doing fuck all. Its more the mentality of not losing though. We've lost 3 games at home now rather than 1. How can you say we've been gung-ho when we've had 1 shot on target? For most of this half we've been in their faces, only to be let down by poor balls into the box/Blackburn parking the bus.
-
We've only been comprehensively outplayed in one match this season and that was the first against Man Utd. Bit sick of seeing us play half decent stuff for periods in the match only to give silly goals away. Stoke and now this, we shouldn't have lost/be losing.
-
Can't believe this. Infuriating.
-
Unfuckingbelievable. They've had about one shot on goal this half and that was it. Absolute joke.
-
What a waste.
-
Come on Nile, got to do better than that.

England awaits!

I'd sub Tiote at some point tbh, playing poorly and is on a yellow. Ref is card happy and we'll be going all out to get something out of this match so I'm worried about Tiote. Moronic play from him to gift their goal. Just hit it out of the box, toe punt it if you have to. Don't try and play it out like he did. Simply should never have happened.
-
Still got a half to get something out of this game but I just have this feeling that we won't.
-
Still trying to work out what Tiote was thinking doing that.
-
Major error from Tiote. Really shouldn't have happened.

I've passed the one I've got on if the recipients care to share it further. As I said it's not working for me at the moment but was earlier.
