Really hoping they draw tbh - it'll keep us in 5th.

Bit early for that like.

Got to say - having Taylor and Campbell on the bench is superb in terms of squad depth. Those four plus Kadar are dependable, Shame we're a little weaker in other areas when it comes to other options.

calm down This. As good as we've been in the last 3 matches - a mix of clinical, efficient, mentally strong, physical, solid, and tactically drilled - we've not had it all our own way this season as the matches against Wigan, Stoke and Blackpool show. All I want from this season is survival. That's all I'm focusing on. It's too premature to aspire to anything else and we've got a long way to go yet. Keep this sort of form and character up though and we'll be safe in no time; even with the league as tight as it is. Hopefully we will spend (and not sell) in January after all, and we've got Gosling and Ben Arfa to look forward to next year as well.

Williamson was spot on too. Not far off with a headed chance either.

Talking of jamminess... Man Utd have done it yet again. 2-1.
-
Gyan is still never worth £13m. Sounds like Sunderland have been extremely jammy with Stoke getting a goal disallowed.
-
4-2 it ended. Get in Bolton.
-
Grey defending Spurs at every available opportunity.
-
Apparently Bale has 0 league assists this season. World class though and all that - up there with Messi and Ronaldo for sure with them kind of stats.
-
Might as well not turn up then. One man team.

Was caught eating a whole jar is all, nothing story.

Anyone else trying to forget this guy exists? All I really want from this season is survival. Survival, getting Ben Arfa back for a few games and then signing him would be a perfect scenario as far as I'm concerned. His injury is saddening not just because it rules him out of so many games, but also because it takes away a creative dimension and a unique option tactically speaking for Hughton. And on top of that there's the worry that because he won't play the 25 matches, he might not remain here past this season. Marseille could seek anything they wanted in the Summer, couldn't they? The 25 game clause was perfect at the time for us.

I love how the whole team gets involved in celebrations nowadays. There's clearly a superb team spirit amongst "this group of lads". There doesn't seem to be any divisions amongst the players which is great to see. Furthermore we don't have any moody players who will sulk at the first opportunity (maybe Ben Arfa would based on prior knowledge of his behaviour but we won't know for a few months yet).

For fuck's sake. Spurs 2 up.

Gutted Carroll didn't score during this, deserved to.

We covered this gem I assume? http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.ph...5691&page=4

I wouldn't go that far. He's had matches where he's just lazy and utterly anonymous, then he has matches like today when he puts a decent shift in and is rightly rewarded with goals.
