Fucking hell, all this time I assumed you had to fucking swear.

That's three quarters of the posts gone then.

What do you mean? Are you talking about N-O or here? 70182 N-O, you numpty 70187 Haven't been on it for weeks man! 70190 It's worth a look just for the new message tbh. Then, when you go to post you get a full list of the guidelines. A tad OTT methinks. 70191 Just tried to post but have forgotten my password. Do the guidelines say anything about deleting shit posts - it would make the forum much more compact.

Bender 70161 Well as Whacky would say, she probably deserves the Rocco treatment....... 70168 Wacky has no respect for women ever since his mother dropped him on his head as a baby and his neck inverted into his head contributing to his small stature. She then tried to do a "Moses" and put him in a cradle and set him off down the Tyne hoping someone would find him and provide a better life for him. Unfortunately he was picked up at Walker and ended up being raised there, hence how he's turned out the way he is! 70179

I reckon if Barca made him an offer he couldn't refuse he'd be off like a shot. 70167 Well yeah, if he couldn't refuse it.

I don't think I would. There's something about her I find utterly repulsive, I think I'd have to kill her.....

This is a nice topic like.
-
Actually I would, and I'm pretty sure miilions of other fans feel the way I do. Chelsea fucking rent boys tbh.

Right....... They don't just pick any old player, they buy the best, guided by the best manager in the premiership, who is paid the most..... They don't have to operate at any sort of profit, they are a relatively small club operating at a huge loss, funded by a foreigner who has no connection with the club, for God knows what motives. It is an entirely unnatural situation (not illegal, though), and you must be one of the only fans in the country that doesn't think it is to the detriment of the premier league. I find your comments amazing considering the fuss you were making about Liverpool winning the CL and how thtat would put us at a disadvantage tbh. Oh, and at least Real are a real big club with a fan base and history to match.

Fine, I can agree to a certain extent. But what I find ridiculous is him getting slagged off now when he's not even our player. In his latest interview he hasn't really said anything out of order, just some mildly amusing stuff about the teams interested in him. He's history, I accept it, I'm happy to move on if everyone else is.

Another fishing trip. I can't figure out why the internet is full of wums like yourself, seems like a waste of time to me. What you have just said isn't an objective fact btw, and you know it. Goals scored or created; they are objective facts.

If that's what you really think I suggest you get some help.

You really are completely blind to any faults when it comes to Robert aren't you? The bloke didn't just have bad games. He was a lazy prick who couldn't be arsed to pull his finger out and get stuck in a lot of the time. Shearer has bad games but it's very rarely through a lack of effort (I don't think even some of his recent poor performances have been a lack of effort, more because he just doesn't have it in him anymore, which is excusable given his age). Robert on the other hand couldn't be arsed on a regular basis, whether you or Isegrim can see this or not. 69955 I prefer to argue with objective facts where possible Gemmill, you just seem to deal in pure bullshit, at least regarding Robert. Yet again you peddle the usual can't be arsed/lazy argument, based on nothing but your own prejudice. As it happens, under Souness he did get stuck in more, and became a worse player for it by the way; he just can't win with people like you who prefer grit and effort over skill and flair. The truth is, a good team needs both, and these are rarely supplied by the same players, but you just can't see it. That is just one reason we will struggle with Souness. Of course he is not a perfect player, but the way you latch on to everything he says in the press, even when you admit he's not wrong, is sad imo.

Gemmill, about 2 weeks ago you said you didn't read that site anymore because it was shit. Now, because you happen to agree with it, you are citing it as "spot on"? I think they're right in what they say about Robert on this occasion. I also don't tend to read the site because I think it's getting shit. I can do both tbh. I saw his crime as "being an unprofessional whining pillock" rather than "telling the truth" tbh. We're talking about Robert man! That's why I haven't mentioned Butt. Same as when we were talking about Souness yesterday I didn't mention Gullit. And the point is that Robert (as you're normally at such pains to point out) was one of the few players we had that day that could have actually turned things in our favour. But he simply could not be arsed. And not for the first time. 69950 So because we're talking about Robert I can't make comparisons with other players in our team? He had a bad game, and yes, it wasn't the first. So what, what player doesn't, including Shearer? I completely refute the idea that "he couldn't be arsed" though, this is just a lazy argument put forward by those with an irrational dislike of Robert, and again would apply equally to anyone else on the team that day. How do you know he couldn't be arsed, are you a mind reader? Have you ever considered he (and everyone else) was demotivated because our shit manager can't do his job properly? You and .com can blame the Cardiff fiasco on Robert if you like, but I know who is responsible, but that coward never accepts responsibility, does he?
-
a bit ironic considering your dog like devotion to the moaning french whinger. If Luque went running to the papers every other week you would give him more of a chance I guess 69942 If we could be sure he would score and create anywhere near as much as Robert did for us I'd definitely want to keep him. I just don't think he will. And I couldn't give a shit what he says to the papers, especially if it's true.

Gemmill, about 2 weeks ago you said you didn't read that site anymore because it was shit. Now, because you happen to agree with it, you are citing it as "spot on"? For the record, I don't agree his absence from Lisbon was self inflicted, it was inflicted on him by the arse hole that is unfortunately our manager. The crime? Telling the truth. As for Cardiff, yeah, I'd agree with that, but it applied to the whole team that day. Butt was by far the worst culprit, and by leaving with Ferguson that day his crime was far worse than ANYTHING Robert has done (same could be said of Dyer as well). No vitriol against him still continuing though, is there?
-
Nah, he simply hasn't said anything wrong; as Luke has said he was a very important player in lifting us up from medicrity to relative success and a place on the big European stage. You obviously don't want to admit that, but it is true nonetheless.

Trapped in the past, Bridget finds herself leaping from life to life, putting things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that her next leap will be the leap home. 69806 Old skool. 69813 Best drunken posting EVER. 69821 Drunken post? Happy birthday Papa and Bridget. 69856 Not old skool enough tbh. 69904 SLP is a bit young to be old enough to remember Quantum Leap though, if that made any sense....

I don't think it's fair to criticise them for being boring per se, they have flair as well as a rock solid defence. The boring part is the utter predictability that they are going to dominate for the next decade; they are untouchable because of their vast resources. That makes our league less exciting than the SPL imo, we're not even a 2 horse race (I reckon this year in the SPL is a fluke), we're a 1 horse race. 69880 Aye, that's what I meant, the whole situation bores me not the style of play. They're a very good side, and it seems that anytime a decent footballer becomes available then he's odds on to go to Chelsea as they can outbid in transfer fees and salaries. It's also a shame in that if Chelsea didn't have so much of an advantage (again, not an unfair advantage as they were taken over legally and fairly) then this years EPL would be one of the closest imo. The rest of the league is pretty unpredicatable, apart from the mackems. 69888 Just looked and Man U would be 6 points clear. I would gladly let Chelsea win the league for the next 10 years just to stop them winning it. BBC acted like they won it loads recently anyway. 69898 I don't have any particualr animousity with ManU. At least in the years they dominated they had some competition - mainly Arsenal but also Blackburn and us for a bit. They couldn't buy any footballer on the planet just because they fancied it. I was fairly ambivalent about Chelsea before but now I hate the wankers. Thing is, the true fans know they haven't earned it. It must feel really fake and deep down it is probably a worse feeling than winning fuck all for 30 years.

Well, the sad fact is Bolton and Citeh are both probably better than us, whilst at Scotland either he would be playing, or will be playing, in the Champion's league. If he moves to Marseilles though, can we stop talking about him please? 69875 The even sadder fact is he ended up at Portsmouth. When I say sad, I actually mean funny. 69877 I reckon only they'd pay his wages tbh. He'll need to take a cut to go back to France.
