Alex, you're right. But 'good on him' is what I say. LM is passionate about his loathing of Souness and I think he is just showing his passion on these pages. Whether he is right or wrong we don't know, but he believes - with a passion - that Souness is taking this club downwards and he is demonstrating this on here. What a fantastic idea Craig. I have a complaint about Pac man though - it's not a direct emulation, the ghosts behaviour isn't quite right. I spent weeks in the 80s learning specific routines on how to beat the game, which for some utterly bizarre reason I can still remember. I was looking forward to impressing you all with my 200,000 plus scores and reaching the mythical 'ninth key' level, but it doesn't work. Also there are no cut animation scenes. Did you know on the later levels the ghosts don't turn blue when you eat an energiser, in fact eventually they don't even run away? They don't make games that hard nowadays....

We should have no problem climbing the league then, and finish at least in the top 4? Well I gave up my season ticket....! I live quite cheaply with my wife. No pubs, no restaurants gave up smoking, few holidays, cheap car etc. We used to spend a fortune going out in London but it became a case of working to pay for our social lives. To be honest though we have a great time doing our own thing. It'll wear thin in time but the idea was to come up here so I could write. I make backing tracks for a karaoke company for quids. It sounds shit but you actually have to recreate the track from scratch, there's no machine... It's like doing a reproduction of a painting, you still have to be able to paint. I also do a bit of TV music through a mate in London, but I don't control how much work I get as it all comes from him. I did do a stint playing covers up here but the money's not great and the venues were less than wonderful. I don't worry about living cheque to cheque. You're right, it's a little harsh, I do tend to veer to one extreme or another with people.
