Fabricunt:

Yeah, tbh I just got around to listening to Dunt on the Wednesday night podcast and regained my faith a little.
-
Yeah, I find CT as the vox pop on the Clapham omnibus here and the Barnsley gammons on QT enough thanks.

Not really, I pick up tweets from secondary sources. I think twitter is irrelevant to the average Joe isn't it? See Starmer hasn't ruled out a coalition with Lib Dems just there. I felt pretty deflated yesterday because Boris "leaving" (he hasn't) felt like an anticlimax, but various other things have cheered me up to. Just have to realise its a long slog and at least hope the ship is turning.
-
Truss was also a remainer. Is it really that big an issue? I don't think it is with the general public as long as you promise not to reverse it. Not so sure about the actual conservative membership tbh. Think a lot of rural types probably think its a shit show.

This guy Tugenhat? He could distance himself from Johnson entirely and attempt a rebrand.
-
Suella Braverman is brilliant. The absolute classic example of someone promoted way beyond their ability and too deluded to recognise it. Thornberry is absolutely spot on. Can you imagine if she Braverman did become leader of the tory party?

Rough couple of days for Johnson mischief maker and hoop licker Richard Holden. Hope he gets done for wasting police time, the absolute bell end. The timing of this was almost perfect, would have been a bit better yesterday at noon just before Johnsons exit speech.
-
Phew. He's got off with not breaking the law.
-
Meanwhile why the tories won't go to the polls in a hurry.
-
He was right.

3.7k for a fucking trolley? Most his red wall voters' cars won't be worth that.
-
He sharp shut up when Campbell threatened him with litigation if he said another word though!
-
I went to bed after she said levelling up is not just about money. Eh, what more is it about you silly bitch? She seemed to be suggesting levelling up was some type of transcendental state of mind or something. Same with Brexit, kept on talking about the Brexit benefits without once giving a serious example. Seriously thick like.

Well I was more attuned to her spouse's age, but yeah, that's a bonus too.
-
Excellent, not to long to wait before she needs "consoling" then.
-
My thoughts entirely but I was too much of a gentleman to say it!
-
I bet they are, but those were some bad optics even by his standards. Raynor was on about this morning, taking the "still partying at our expense" line.
-
Chequer's wedding party has been cancelled. I was looking forward to my invite to this.

Wtf is that????

Dehenna Davison is a pretty face but has zero between the ears. Bridget is turning into a very competent, if corporate, politician, but I think the Pincher affair has genuinely upset her (understandable knowing her background) and we caught a rare case of anger in her last night. I thought Campbell was superb as usual, although him interupting people was irritating. The people of Barnsley seemed okay except when Brexit came into it and then they magically transformed into fuming gammons. Remarkable the job Brexit has done on them (yes, I know that vindicates Starmer somewhat but its still sickening).

Bridget and Dehenna on QT now.

This myth that Johnson won this huge mandate irritates me somewhat (not saying that's what you're saying btw). Je obviously told the lie he'd get Brexit done, which swayed some people, but surely the truth is Corbyn lost the election for Labour. In 2017, May got 42.6% of the vote, which was regarded as a disaster. In 2019, Johnson got 43.6% of the vote, barely more than May, but regarded as some type of almost mythical success, yet barely more than May got. Prior to that he faced Ken fucking Livingstone twice. He's one lucky bastard iyam. As Craig has observed, he is literally a psychopath, but not a particularly intelligent one. This outcome was always going to happen, but it's come at a tremendous cost to our country, both now and for years in the future, maybe decades. So yes, he squandered his majority, but its difficult to gain too much pleasure from this for me in the circumstances. Maybe I just need to up my dose of happy pills, which that cunt is partly responsible for putting me on!

I enjoyed yesterday much more, watching him suffer in PMQ and the committee. Today he's just pissed me off again with his speech where the psycho didn't have to even pretend to be contrite any more. I hope he's suffering inside but don't think he's even capable of having genuine emotion. It's a bit like when they finally caught the Yorkshire ripper. Great, he won't do it again, but he won't really pay for the countless corpses he left behind. I know, cheer up etc. I'll try but this sums up my over riding emotion at the moment. Btw, where's @Rayvin?

I REALLY hope this goes ahead, it will be hugely damaging to the cunt party.
