  1. On the other thread I had us down for a loss for this game more so now that we've lost Krul
  2. Aye put him on the same bus as Taylor move along nothing to see here.
  3. http://www.themag.co.uk/2014/04/said-newcastle-keeper-rob-elliot-walked-club-last-night-spoke/ @ Haydnator Elliot ♡ Pardew
  4. At the end of the day we will be a worse team with out Krul the alternatives are just not up to scratch.
  5. Depends how much a years worth (if we come up first go) of free worldwide tv advertising is really worth to him.
  6. IF we go down they'll be like rats leaving a sinking ship this time. There'll be nobody sticking around like Barton,Nolan etc did last time to dig us out of the hole. The only good thing that MAY come out of relegation is the chance of Ashley selling up due to a lack of free tv advertising for his tat shops.
  7. Just seen this on .com Assuming Rob Elliot comes back from his Republic of Ireland duty unscathed, that could mean a place on the bench for youngster Paul Woolston (17) or Academy 'keeper Brendan Pearson (18). Anything happens to Elliot & we're relying on the young 'uns
  8. http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php#c16 There's our latest injury list
  9. Physio room says no return date ankle/foot injury
  10. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cramlington
  11. Cramlington's canny now there's a shopping centre, sports centre, cinema plenty for the young 'un. It's about 9 miles north of Newcastle easy access for the A1. It's about 3 or 4 miles from the coastal beaches of Blyth,Seaton Sluice,Whitley Bay & Tynemouth. I live in a council bungalow but there always seems to be a busy property market.
  12. Bistro browns & thickens hope this helps
  13. From SMB "I've always felt that Sam would manage us one day or another and we are really quite lucky to get him given our current plight. I am convinced he is the best one to keep us up this year, definately more likely to do it than Rodgers, and honestly can see him being a big success for us"
  14. Fat Sam + Sunderland = Hoof ball innit.
  15. We'll still be in the bottom 3 with 4 points having said that I've predicted only 2 points for those games.
  16. http://www.true-faith.co.uk/thru-black-white-eyes-a-winter-of-discontent-5oct15/ Good article by Mick Martin
  17. Do the ticket prices match up with attendance figures HF ? ie cheaper tickets bigger attendance. I was reading the other day that the only time St James Park has been sold out this season was for the rugby last Saturday were Level 7 (the cheap seats) tickets were £175
  18. We might need 2 full backs Janmaat's had to drop out from the Holland team with a knee injury early reports say he could be sidelined for a few weeks. As we know Mbabu is already out with a hamstring injury
  19. Some of McClarens post match premiership game comments... Southampton (h) 2-2 "Learned a great deal the club is looking forward to a new aproach" Swansea (a) 2-0 "Learned nothing except we need to keep 11 players on the pitch" Manchester United (a) 0-0 "A solid platform to build on" Arsenal (h) 0-1 "We're not a dirty side" (7 yellows & 1 red card) West Ham (a) 2-0 "In terms of organisation & discipline we didn't show what we have learned" "we have learned a lot" Watford (h) 1-2 "Unhappy with defeat club is getting better despite daunting fixture list ahead" "there is no crisis at Newcastle United" Chelsea (h) 2-2 "More hard work required before we can turn the corner" "thinks he got the balance right between attack & defence wants the same again against Man City" Man City (a) 6-1 "We were unlucky last week & this week our season begins now"
