Drowning your sorrows at 4am again, Crocodile Dundee?

What the hell is going on in here?

You're all safe knowing that when I go to work tonight I'll be full of new knowledge..

Yep. The bairn was nearly 5 months old and we took him to SJP.

That actually looks edible, CT. Well done!

You'd kinda think I'd know this stuff by now after 20yrs in the job, but no, they make us do it. I'll never get this day back....

Kill me now.

It's 7.50am and I've just arrived at work for a day of mandatory training. I feel like a vampire who's been made to leave the house in daylight. Death by PowerPoint - what a way to spend a beautiful day

Just to let you all know. I've ordered the flowers this morning to be sent to his mam and dad's house on Monday. Newcastle shirt with the number 9 in dark blue in the middle. They're going to e-mail me a picture when it's done. Card to read... "For Jon. From all of your NUFC friends around the world, with love." Hope that's okay with everyone.

Pretty sure Okay, when I get to the weight I want I'll tell you where I started from. I've always been curvy and was bullied about it as a kid so there's been a bit of a psychological effect ever since really - I've always been paranoid and pretty miserable about my weight and the way I look. There's been a bit of a mindshift recently so I'm just keeping my head down and getting on with it.

Howay DG, you know better than to ask a lady that!

This I have to see

I've not ran for various reasons for about 2 weeks but hoping to get back into it this week coming. Already roped my dad into babysitting on Monday so I can go Zumba'ing. Eating-wise I'm still being good with occasional 4am chocolate cravings when I'm at work but have lost 2 stone since Jan/Feb. I've also pretty much cut alcohol out altogether save the odd glass of wine on occasions. It was far too easy to just pour a glass of an evening after the bairn had gone to bed. Now I just don't have any in the house then I can't drink it.

I'd get sacked but it might be worth it

How can you sit through more than a minute and not want to dig your eyes out with a spoon?

Cup of tea all over keyboard That's my house, that.

She might've been one of them Tunnocks teacakes....

That just about sums it up really. Oh and Susan Boyle forgetting the words to Mull of Kintyre.
