I love that story. Also the story of Jock Hutton (89) who once again parachuted into Normandy yesterday. Have filled up more than once today watching the commemorations from Arromanches.

I've done the same cutting out carbs and sugar. Felt crap for the first few days but genuinely feel miles better for it. I have trouble with stomach cramps and it's helped that loads too.
