  2. I doubt Tiote will even be on the bench, Craig Hope thinks the team will be almost identical to the team that played Vitesse
  3. Sels Janmaat Lascellas Mbemba Dummett Colback ????? ?????? Perez. Ritchie Gayle I think those 9 will start the match tomorrow. Its between Hayden and Shelvey for the midfield role and Anita and Aarons for the winger role (never thought I'd say that) imo
  4. Mo Diame and Ciaran Clark won't be in the squad for Fulham after joining preparations just too late. Home debuts v Huddersfield likely #nufc
  5. You weren't telling the truth was you?
  6. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36968594?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter Perez 2 bids rejected
  7. Midfielder Mohamed Diame has become Newcastle United's latest arrival, after signing from Hull City for an undisclosed fee. The 29-year-old Senegal international has agreed a three-year deal at the Club and becomes the eighth player to join the Magpies' first team squad this summer. Diame began his career with French side Lens, before moving to Spain, where he turned out for Linares and Rayo Vallecano. He joined Wigan Athletic in August 2009 and has spent the last seven years in England, turning out for the Latics, West Ham United and Hull City. Last season he scored the only goal in the Championship play-off final at Wembley, as the Tigers booked their place back in the Premier League. At international level, Diame has won 28 caps since making his senior debut in March 2011, and featured for his country at the 2012 Olympics. "It is a great feeling to be a Newcastle player," he said. "Everybody close to me knows how desperate I am to play in the Premier League again, but when Newcastle comes in for you it makes you think. "I am looking to the future. Newcastle is a big name, a massive club and will be back in the Premier League, for sure." Newcastle United manager Rafa Benitez added: "Mohamed is a strong, attack-minded player with a lot of fight and determination to his game. "He is also someone who will provide the team with goals and assists from midfield. "He has good experience of the Championship and the fight needed to win promotion, which will be important for us." Welcome to Newcastle!

  9. That's a good point tbf, it's just a shame we didn't really have the chance to try it in pre season
  10. I might be wrong like maybe he will be in a 2. He played as an attacking midfielder for Hull for the majority of all last season though, going from what I've seen/heard from Hull fans
  11. Diame won't play in a 2 in midfield imo he's a no 10
  12. http://www.leedsunited.com/news/article/2nuz0hb14ylq1cb1bw1p0162c Charlie Taylor (left back) we are apparently interested in has handed in a transfer request. It's been rejected
  13. Apparently he was pretty poor at the friendly at SJP the other day, kept getting skimmed
  14. I've not heard much about Haidara but it's been a long time since he's played now, going to take time for fitness We've just got to hope that Janmaat stays and Gamez is a good enough left back
  15. I'll be pissed right off, if we sign Clark and no left back We are supposed to be learning our lessons ffs
  16. Maybe he will play defensive midfield, I can't see Clark wanting to leave his boyhood club for him to be 3rd/4th choice and us paying 5m
  17. He never really plays fullback, he seemed decent at times under Lambert but not amazing since, this one is out of the blue 4th choice centre back I guess
  18. He played as an attacking midfielder last year
  19. Turned down a new contract at Hull apparently
