NEDS - Thoroughly enjoyed it. Quite dark at times, but very thought provoking and I could definitely relate to it. -
Probably waiting of you popping in to make a statement

The chinese chippy on Heaton Rd is imo the best in the East End. Tried that new Gormans in Byker next to maccy d's and it was decent but since heard mixed reports. There's also a decent, white run chip shop at the bottom of Wallsend High Street opposite the bike place. Years ago the one at the top of Dunstanburgh Road was canny too. Pelmi's? My old stomping ground and where I got my first ever kebab from. They sold out a couple of years ago to.....yes, you guessed it and any quality of any sort went out the window along with the best home made chilli sauce I ever tasted. South Asian culinary businessmen? Aye I think it was called Pelmi's I used to go there on the way to me nana's for sausage and chips when I was a kid on a Sunday neet. If it's the same place right, it was just doon from the Water Board place on that road, and if you went down the road right beside it you go along and down a bank and there's a tramp social club where the North East Sunday League host their meetings. Pretty sure we're talking about the same place. I think two of them were Italians as it gans who ran it. Thats the Middle Club and yes they were Italian, Mr and Mrs Pelmi and their fat son Benny who was a right fat, arrogant wanker. I once threw a pie at him and got barred.

I do weights but have to admit it bores the tits off me, in fact the gym as whole is boring as fuck. When I was there the other night there were two blonde twin sisters, stunning they were. The pair of them started using the cross trainers in front of me with their skin tight leggings pulled right up their geea's, it's the longest I've ever ran on the treadmill, I was mesmerised. Usually do three sets of 12, up my weight then 3 x 10, increase the weight then 3 x 8 of the most I can lift, I'm sure I used to me much stronger than I am now though, not sure what thats about.

Yeah, that's a problem, I'm shit at it tbh (only done a starter course anyway, which was spoilt by my recent vertigo problems). Although it's much more in the legs than in the arms. Mind, you want to see some of these fuckers practically hanging upside down from the wall. I do need to gain some strength though, will just have to put up with the boredom. I agree if you let yourself go to much when you're older you're fucked as well, that's my motivation. Do you look physically different form the last time I saw you btw? I'm expecting you to look like a ginger He man now. So to sum things up you're a weak as piss rock climber with a fear of heights.....god luck with that Rentsy baby

Depends what you're squatting on I suppose

Same here, he was always a bit odd at times but I would have never put him down for that. Remember having to re-read it on the teletext just for it to sink in.

Can't stand him. I'm sure he was getting nonced by the producer of Billy Elliot. I watched a thing where after he made the film he moved in with him, but he was still at school....very odd. -
If that was in the mid nineties I've a feeling I know the lad and his family quite well. Yes, he was called Fraser Loughlin His initials would've done, like! You went to Benfield, then? Don't start roll your eyes crap just because you're pals with the family, he fucking murdered a young lass with a bright future ahead of her...simple as. It was big news at the time. Yes I did, he was in my year and I knew him very well.
