Hes right what he says though, the SE prefix was not brought in until April 2003, so its either a fake pay slip or Riise's not using his correct NINO. Is it possible at all that he may have been issued with a new nino? Perhaps if his previous one had been compromised?? LFC seem pretty certain its a genuine article... I would go for the second option then, hes probably not using the right NINO. Bloody immigrants coming over here and sponging off the state. Either that or he did not register u ntilwell after the 52 week period for foreign nationals ??? Christ this thread's turned boring, you pair of bloody jobsworths!

Would depend on the individual circs. For instance a cleaner living in Plymouth would be made redundant if the firm offered him/her an alternative position in Aberdeen. A chief executive in charge of that company might not be made redundant if the location of the work suddenly switched from one place to the other. Anyways it seems from Chez's post that he's saying there's no issue on that score. They're actually looking at offering him the redundancy package. Presumably Chez is pushing a brush round the u-bend rather than pushing through hard business deals. It doesn't sound like he has been offered it though. I would be concerned if I was him as that's a fair whack to lose on the equivalency point. I would take independant advice on his sector/role and any precedents. No I would agree with that actually tbh mate. Reading it back there is potentially an issue there depending on the views of the company (and ultimately case law). I'd just sought to address the redundancy point as if it were on offer, as this seemed to be what Chez was getting at. Am concerned now but not clear. Whats the potential issue? Just equivalence mate, as Rico (and you) have touched on already. You're best placed to judge that (with advice) as you know your sector. I had advised as tho redundancy was on the table (ie do I need to disclose the future post/does it affect any redunancy?)

The only thing legally circular about me is the state of my arguments tbh.

'Redundancy' is only from their perspective. Thus if they don't have a role to offer you/choose not to offer you a role for whatever reason and you are therefore in line for redundancy then in principle you can take it without reference to whatever contingency you have in place. The fact that you personally would not actually find yourself 'redundant' is irrelevant. I'd check your T&C re what agreed contractual payment you're entitled to beyond statutory rights though...there may be something in there with reference to you being under an obligation to mitigate your losses (ie not sit around on your arse all day instead of actively looking for new work) in which case the new job could have a bearing, but only from the perspective of the amount of an award, not your entitlement to it in principle. Finally I should just add, I'm not an employment lawyer.

Considering he's the club's life president, it'd be hard to ban him wouldn't it.....? Big Mike can basically be as capricious as he wants tbh including banning Hall if the mood takes him. Hall would no doubt be entitled to compensation because it would be in breach of some agreement or another but that's another matter. I suppose if he was really stubborn Hall could apply for an injunction preventing a ban pending resolution of the matter, much like Glenn Ponder in episode four of Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge, after Alan sacked him for not inviting him to the Folies Bergere with the studio guests.

And Picasso looked like a Spanish tramp and Warhol an over the top queen bottom raiding bandit but it didn't seem to hamper either of their artistic talents tbfh. To be fair, you'd like to think if Warhol had his time again he'd sort his style out as he looked like a right mong.

That's fair enough tbh and consistent with the concept of 'ownership' that all parties have reaped the priviliges of at one point or another. Ashley can do as he pleases as it's his toy now.

Could be on to something there, although he's taking his fucking time to try and get revenge. It's him or Magma iyam, though the fact Magma is yet to eliminate himself from the inquiries makes him prime suspect tbh.

While you can't know it for an absolute fact of course, I think most would conclude that it is fake.

Make sure it's a proper growler shot then, with lots of pig's bristles as he doesnt shave his crack'lin.

Breaking News: Glenn Roeder appointed Norwich City manager
manc-mag replied to Jimbo's topic in Newcastle Forum
"Glenn Roeder has stood up all of Glenn Roeder's life and Glenn Roeder will not be Glenn Roeder'd by Glenn Roeder's for Glenn Roeder to stand down tbh" -
The Olympics is supposed to represent the pinnacle of achievement for any participant. Thus if a sport already operates a tournament/award of higher prestige than the Olympics then the sport should not be in the games. It's all a bit pointless and devalues the Olympic award.

If it's monthly pay it could be genuine. Says pay week 24. Just means 24th week of the financial year I think. Aye possibly right. If thats true puts him on less than GBP 30k per week basic. Surprised he's not claiming any tax credits tbh! I assume it's 4-weekly pay as opposed to monthly, meaning the 120k is a perfect 30k basic. 30k basic??!! Wants to ask for a pay Riise tbh.

We still talking about Robinson here?

And when you see him in the pub the first thing he tells you is he's skint. So true. He can barely afford to get his top-of-the-range audi valeted some weeks.
