RIP. Totally needless.

Evidently he had an uncontrollable urge to kill these people. His 'motives' were political, but how many politically motivated people manage to avoid killing 80-odd people? Most I'd say. So there'll be a some form of psychosis at the bottom of it no doubt. Jack the Ripper only killed women-he can't have killed every woman he ever came into contact with (obviously), but nonetheless I'm sure psychiatrists will have said that he experienced 'an uncontrollable urge to kill'. I should leave the psychiatric assessments to the psychiatrists fwiw. Not the place to get into a row but I'm currently primary nurse for 2 psychotic patients who have both committed murders. I have a bit of experience in the area. Some people are just bad not mad. Yes, definitely don't be getting into a row with them.

This. In whatever state you're in, how can butchering a load of kids with a machine gun seem like the best way to alleviate your symptoms? Jesus Christ.

I know its pointless but asylum sseekers aren't here illegally and can't claim benefits. Wrong. Illegal immigration 13. There are three main sources of illegal immigration - those who clandestinely cross the borders e.g. on the back of a lorry, visitors and students who overstay their visas, and rejected asylum seekers who the authorities fail to remove. In the autumn of 2009 the press reported extensive exploitation of the student visa system, notably on the Indian sub-continent and, in February 2010, the government temporarily suspended applications from posts in China, India, Bangladesh and Nepal. MigrationWatch UK has estimated that there are around 32,000 bogus students coming to the UK every year, at a cost to the taxpayer of between £326 million and £493 million. (Briefing Paper 2.10). The weaknesses of the student visa system are described in Briefing Paper 2.3. 14. In June 2005, a government commissioned study gave a central estimate of the number of illegal immigrants of 430,000. Migration Watch updated this to 475,000. (Briefing Paper 11.6). In March 2009, a study by the London School of Economics suggested a central estimate of 618,000 of which 442,000 were thought to be in London. Migrationwatch updated the UK estimate to 1.1 million. (Briefing Paper 11.22). The government continue to be opposed to an amnesty - for good reasons. (Briefing Paper 11.7). Source: http://www.migrationwatchuk.org/ This proves the point that some asylum seekers are indeed here illegally. Do you think LM recognises the difference between "rejected" and the rest? Also "migration watch" - biased? I don't think you understand anything about anything, you still live in your own little leftie do-gooder world. If they're rejected asylum status and not pursuing an appeal (ie just disappeared), they're no longer asylum seekers by definition. Surely you can get your head around that? Despite your unnecessary pedantic stance, surely a clever lad like you can see we have a huge problem which is costing the country and social services millions/billions of pounds which cannot be sustained. Why don't you debate NUFC issues with me anymore ? Is it because you know I ripped you up for arsepaper Seriously, just stick to the curry recipes.

If they're actual asylum seekers, they're participating in a legal process which is set up for that very purpose. That's not to say they're all ultimately granted asylum, but how can you have a process which pre-judges the outcome correctly every time? It'd be nice, but then you could apply that to every form of litigation going. I'm sure the country is doing just fine, we don't have an immigration problem, our social services aren't at all over-stretched, these cuts imposed by the govt are a figment of the imagination, and all immigrants [illegal or not] are coming to the UK to earn a living, learn English and contribute to the economy etc, just like you said. As you are solicitor, you undoubtedly know more than anybody about anything of course. What a knobheed. Is this the bit where your argument fails so you start making up other peoples opinions for them? Hurray, got there sooner than usual. We can close the thread now then.

I imagine Kevin would be considerably more squeaky voiced anyway like.

[ian Paisley]NO NO NO NO NO[/ian Paisley] you're wrong Kevin. That sort of Northern Irish accent is absolutely unintelligable. Never met you so I don't know what you sound like, but I had worked with a family from Belfast and every vowel was pronounced 'arr' e.g. "Di' yar go and get parrsed larrst Satdarr". Maybe it was because I was in a factory with noisy machines as well, but they may have well been talking in Albanian. I understand Polish people better than them. I'm pretty sure he'll not thank you for the comparison with Ian Paisley and would contend that his accent was markedly different. Even if we couldn't necessarily tell. PS, isn't it "Never, Never, Never..." rather than "No No No.."? The latter makes him sound like that bloke out of the Vicar of Dibley.

Both at once preferably, for sensationalist value.

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/no-charges-burgla...-105908559.html "A householder who was arrested on suspicion of murdering a burglar is to be released without charge." Tbf, for all the skriking the red tops do about this kind of thing, we live in a sensible legal climate in this country.

Fletch: Only with my bad feet. Doctor: Are you now or have you at any time been a practicing homosexual? Fletch: What, with these feet? Ronnie Barker, RIP.
