I wouldn't worry about it too much. They've got your email address and they've got your name and home address. This stuff isn't difficult for them to get their hands on. I would just delete the email and forget about it if I were you. Anything you buy online you would provide these details, and they could easily then be sold on. You just have to not get caught out by these people, but the fact that they have your details isn't that out of the ordinary.

Why would the bank threaten to suspend you for accessing your account from two different IP addresses though? I regularly access mine from work or home and my bank have never said anything. What's the point if you can only do it from one IP address??
