Same here, monday work is just hell! Normally involves getting in late, pub lunch and leaving early so it goes quicker! Supposed to be over on another team for tomorrow but I had a word (or two) with my boss and I am hoping its called off as I did it Thursday and Friday and it was completely pointless!

LM most quality teams have 2 players that can attack but one who is more defensive we have one who is ageing but does have attacking ability (although his crossing has been off a bit lately) and on the other side we either have a liability or a youngster who is about as attack minded as Makelele! Not good enough but the only way we can fix this is by splashing £5m on left wingers, that will sort out the problem. Obviously!

I hope there isnt going to be a suggestion that quality full backs would help support the isolated wingers, that would be MADNESS!!!

I think they will, they are different types of players. Owen is about movement and knowing where to be Martins is more about sitting around the edge of the 18 yatrd waiting for chances to come his way and dropping wide and hitting when the goal is in sight.

I wouldn't say its a completely mental notion, Martins up top with Owen would score a lot of goals IMO and would certainly improve our chances in scoring for games like yesterday. Add the fact the amount of makeshift left wingers we have had this season.
