It was a fiver and there was a movie night round the lass' house. Made perfect sense to bring a trashy horror flik. I highly doubt I'd ever stop liking BFS either. Back to thread: Fight Club. One of my favourite films was on last night, so I ended up turning in at about 4am because I had to watch it. Excellent film.

Brilliant isn't it? Bought the uncut DVD last week but haven't got round to watching it yet. Clearly loved every second tbh. What do you think the wink is for ffs?

TBF Searching the thread shows that Brock actually said a few times how much he enjoyed Hostel. So his opinion only really differs from his own. Really? I can just picture it...Brock orginally loved Hostel. Next day in the playground: Brock (with cheesey grin): "I watched a great movie last night it was called...." Tarquin: "...oh, it wasn't that detestable Hostel was it? I had the misfortune of watching that last week. What a load of tripe" Brock: Yeah, yeah. I though it was rubbish aswell... As if I'd associate myself with someone called Tarquin.

Was it as shit as the first one? Brock, never been right about a single film, tv show, band, album, song, book, youtube performance or any other entertainment EVER! You only like it because the first hour is nothing but tits and sex (I wasn't complaining, but I prefer porn without people being butchered). It's a terrible film, which was just an excuse to cram in as much sex and gore as the MPAA would let them get away with. If it didn't have Tarantino's name attached to it, it'd be a straight to DVD movie. Not a question of taste, the movie is genuinely shit, and if you can't see that, or simply state otherwise because you don't agree with my personal taste, then you must be watching a different movie to the dross I sat through. I've already stated on here that I didn't like Saw III, and am not keen on the idea of Saw IV, V and VI either. But I maintain the view that Saw is a great trilogy and the original will remain one of my favourite films for a considerable period of time.
