  1. Irrelevant, when has that particular opposite EVER previously been used to describe a situation in football, what HAS been used is "deep", why change it ?? Because it's a fucking fad. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Deep block works as it contextual to the game, Low Block is made up bollocks. Low block is to football what frappemockawockachino is to coffee.
  2. Drivel. When has any area of the game been described as "Low"? Never is the answer, there's "high" up the pitch and "deep" which were perfectly adequate descriptors. Someone thought "ooh need to invent something to re-brand "deep" so that the hipsters will think it's "new" and trendy baby !!!! We'll be having tertiary block and altitude block next.
  3. He's going to be great tbh. Whenever he's played for Everton I've thought he's looked good and a dangerous player, plus he's a total shit on the field, bring it on

  6. Dunno what is wrong with Wilson but he's a yard of the pace in thought as well as in effort, shadow of his former self.
  7. Half time was needed we'd started playing down to their level. Dunno what Southgate did to Wilson but he's utterly anonymous.
  8. Not only had he done the medical he'd done all the promo video/photo shoots over the weekend evidently 😂😂😂
  9. Thing is low block doesn't even make any sense, deep block would be a much better descriptor, but obviously not smarty pants enough.
  10. I can assure you, as a mid sixties gadgie, there is no way on gods green earth that someone at 76 has any confusion around the word "tablet"
  11. There's some blokes in a room somewhere, talking through a headset to some of these stats guru's saying "go on say it's called a low block" and then pissing themselves
  12. Whistle for a Full Bus to Streatham to take Carer a Hooer and Clash her Black Haring Garrincha
  13. Hmmm it appears the threats of dire consequences have born fruit
  14. I didn't realise it was supposed to be a documentary !! As entertainment goes, it was utterly brilliant.
