while I sympathise, there are some basic protocols not followed here: 1) the alarm setter is soley responsible for ensuring the status of all doors and windows 2) the manager and deputy manager should not be off at the same time 3) persons employed to be guards should not be patent idiots 4) valentines flowers should always be delivered in person

Liverpool - the finest supporters on earth, or just wankers?

further down that page: However Ravi Hiranand remembers how some clubs found a way round this. "Rather than bring in a different sponsor, Liverpool and Carlsberg instead decided to put the word 'Probably...' on the front of the shirt (referring of course to Carlsberg catchphrase 'Probably the best lager in the world')," he says. "A sneaky way of getting past the law while still getting a sponsor's word in." But sometimes it's a case of political sensitivity, as Chelsea - sponsored by Arabian airline Emirates - decided when they visited Hapoel Tel Aviv. Finally, sponsors' words don't always mean the same thing in your opposition's language, as Arsenal found out when they played in Italy a few years back. "The Gunners had to wear their change strip which had Sega as the sponsor," says Pat Stafford. "An Italian-speaking friend told me that 'Sega' is a slang term for self-gratification." -

How's about this then? Anyone who knows more than a little bit about football know it was originally a Celtic song, but they still realise that the rest will inevitably always associate it with the bin dippers? -

I think the US govt is getting too much stick for this, after all, most reconstruction wil be subject to private insurance claims, a large proportion of the population has left for good, and there is some doubt as to whether the place is a viable settlement given the new climate model (even thought they don't recognise it)
