Hello! Sorry for being terribley rude. I meant to thank you for trying to help but it didn't work I'm afraid. The 'site' I'm working on is a blogger one (I'm not cool enough to actually have a blog, I just use it to display my CV and as a hub page to link to my portfolio) and because of this I can't put anything in the <head> section, apparently.

What is 'office culture'? I've applied to be a web journalist at STV. It's only a six month position but there's the hope that it can lead on to something else and if not I'll at least have some experience and a decent employer on my CV. Don't cry - got it!

I've got my first interview for a real life job next week, what advice would you give me? I'm meeting with the head of HR, the guy I'll be working under and the person who is currently in the position I'm going for. I've been told that the interview will be about 45 minutes long - is that normal sort of length? It sounds quite long... How should I sell myself without coming across like a complete tosser? What should/shouldn't I do/say? What are good questions to ask? I have a grey suit. What colour shirts go well with this?

If we're going to play with three front men as has been widely reported/guessed, wouldn't we need five decent strikers/front men as opposed to the normal four for two up front formations?
