It's a piece of cake and doesn't require any forum downtime. Also, as smilies are generally small (in terms of k) it should only take a matter of minutes to upload them. Configuring the forum to use the new ones, depending on how you do it, should take no longer than 5 - 10 mins. Oh and Gemmill If you've got FTP access to the forum, you can use an FTP client (e.g. WS_FTP) to simply drag and drop them in the correct directory on the server. It's what I do for here...
