Good stuff.... Pud's shortened version on the javascript for the counter it was then!

Can someone who was having a problem try a quick test to see if it's still an issue?
-
Yes - being worked on... In the meantime, use a different browser to IE and you shouldn't have a problem.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Paul Stretford and Willie McKay! None of this would surprise me in the least...

Could well be the same bloke actually... I've heard of Mr Carr the PE teacher Blackfyne a lot. My brother was notorious to him for always finding a way to get out of PE All I seem to remember is him trying to teach us the Roeder 'shuffle' and the Maradona 'turn on the ball' The latter always resulted in most of the kids ending up flat on their arses!

Absolutely... Been in the same boat as you mate having lost my Mam 9 years ago to cancer so anyone who does stuff like this, especially when they too are suffering from the disease, gets my absolute full backing

Oh yes, the 5-a-side courts in the Leisure Centre. I used to be up there every Thursday night for kids football training. It used to get run by some bloke called Colin IIRC

Consett swimming baths - now there's a blast from the past! They ever open up that slide again or has it gone now? I remember one of the life guards jumping off the very top of that onto one of those massive float panels and getting an absolute bollocking from the centre management!

I know, I wasn't allowed to get away with it. Called NewcastleRocker a cock-end, thought it was quite harsh to be banned for it tbh. 193267 You can call him a cock-end as much as you like on here, you won't be banned for it!

I seem to remember SmogGeordie being on the telly not that long ago

You said "If the evil fucker wants to die that much, allow the authorities to arrange it but make it as drawn out and painful as possible" though Craig. How does that work then? 192987 Precisely why I don't think death should be an option until it's natural! Like I said, I was going off on a tangent, my point being that HE doesn't deserve the right to choose his own death. 192989 would you rather he faced the death penalty Craig? 192997 No

Might just stick him in one of the groups that don't have access to the arcade instead!
-
Geordie nation tbh - Tommy Craig obviously didn't 'fit'!

I was going off on a tangent Alex. My point is that he should be allowed to choose how to die - he's not fucking earned that choice. As I said just above, my initial point is that I don't think he should die...

If someone wants to die and you advocate it, do you think they are going to agree to dying by as painful a method as possible? Also, who is going to benefit from this? If, the said person agrees to this form of death, would you not question their sanity / state of mind and (therefore) their ability to make this decision? 192950 Who said anything about him agreeing to how he goes? He's made two suicide attempts now so he's obviously keen to shuffle off this mortal coil most likely as he's enduring a living hell in prison. Those kids had no option as to how they died so why the fuck should he? I'm with Jimbo, I accept that people will find my opinion flawed, but it is MY opinion. 192966 I imagine having kids would inevitably change one's opinion on the matter. Not necessarily making it more right/wrong, but as a parent you probably can't help but think "what if...?". 192969 Indeed mate, the thought has crossed my mind many, many times.... Didn't the dad of one of the kids say he doesn't care how old he is when it happens, but if they ever release Huntley, he'll be stood at the prison gates to ask him exactly how his daughter died. If Huntley is allowed to kill himself, they lose the chance to ever truly find out what happened to their kids. Not only have they gone through the hell of having their child murdered, they've had to endure the mental torment of not knowing the truth of how they died. That last bit would do me in for eternity tbh EDIT: can I just point out that back at the top, I stated that I DIDN'T want him to be allowed to die.

What has Terry Mac EVER done since finishing his playing career? Did Roeder ever play in the same team as Macdermott? 192790
-
Does seem a bit odd. It's not that long ago that it was touted he'd be the 'official' manager if they couldn't get clearance for Roeder. Clark's now supposed to be running the academy isn't he? And what the hell does Terry Mac actually do these days?

Do NOT let this murdering bastard take the easy route out like Shipman did!

The thing I keep asking myself is "why have Chelsea chosen to air this in public?" They could have brought about a private prosecution if they felt that strongly about it. Bringing it into the public eye, whether they're right or wrong is just bringing more press attention which they probably don't want or need. I just can't understand it. The fans knew he was unhappy at the club, he got his transfer and it should have ended there with Chelsea drawing a line under it. This smacks of sour grapes to me..

You're my hero! Wish I was 'nails' like you

And you had the cheek to harp at me over a rug FFS! 192770 Aye but that lamp never saw the light of day past about 1983. You've still got your rug! (waits for all the inuendos to start )
