Cant see why terracing couldnt be brought back, without the fencing, just back to the railings along the terrace again. Apart from Hillsborough and Heysel, where neither were directly the result of terracing, what other disasters have there been involving terraces?

Tynesides favourite Smoggy? Personally, I cant see him coming back because when he was injured i understand we wouldnt take the gamble like Boro did, secondly for the reason of local rivalry which has been mentioned above. Oh and I doubt we can offer him anything more than Boro next season

Less about the shitty accent There are some of us who live down here

Again the FA have made this public without having the facts on paper. Its a disgrace on their behalf that they are tainting a players reputation before its proven that the player is guilty On the other hand, again if its true, then theres no place for Emre at our club

Is Martins really younger than Bellamy???
-
A month on, injury free (been playing in the reserves) and still no sign of him near the first team?
-
Shouldnt be too hard to find him - Prison ground football is it now?

Poor: Rossi Duff Bernard Srnicek Ok: Sibierski The Gooch (too early to say) Good: Martins Exceptional indeed Gol i think thats a bit harsh. Rossi was a loan signing, didnt cost us anything and he's gone now. Anyone would have taken Duff at £5mil and who knows, it may be next year before we see the best of him. As far as Bernard and Srnicek go, Im not sure whether Bernard was a sole decision by Roeder, considering he's never even been given a place through all our injuries. Srnicek has been poor granted and i think it was maybe a poor attempt to get some fans off his back at the time (ooh look we've signed a former favourite) Le Sib aint no world beater but i think its been an excellent signing considering that we got him for nothing on the last day, everyone was totally underwhelmed but hes scored goals, and got us points where they didnt look possible. Gooch cant be considered Martins, yes a good buy Im more optimistic under Roeder than I was under Souness and think he's going about the right way to put the club back onto some solid foundations. No-one in the national media seems to consider us as a big club anymore so I'd like to think that while we're out of the limelight, we can continue to develop our young players and play the underdog. We may actually win something when the expectation isnt there.

Do you ever post comments about him when he's had a good game? It seems you can't wait to criticise the lad and pick holes in his game. yes. i think that on his day he can be a great player, but he's frustrating to watch and there are areas of his game where he has lots of room for improvement. is he worth £10m? i'm not sure. you'd have to say yes when you compare him to luque and there are signs that he can be a quality player for us but i think he's going to follow in the line of newcastle forwards like ginola, robert and bellamy that can be brilliant one week, then disappointing the next. Don't agree with that at all. Ginola and Robert only blew hot and cold because of their poor attitudes. Bellamy wasn't anything like brilliant/rubbish. He always gave his best and very often made a difference. You always knew he would be a threat. Martins is more in the Bellamy camp but is currently inconsistent because he's young and adapting to a new league. Comparisons with Ginola and Robert are bewildering. not saying it's a lack of effort on martins part - you can't fault his workrate - but, like robert and bellamy, he can destroy a team one match then frustrate the next. good player on his day but frustrating. a £10m player should do it every week, or more often than not. so far, i'd give martins a 6 or a 7 out of ten, which is pretty good when you consdier his alleged age, the fact that it's his first season at a new club and country and some of the shite service he's had to deal with this season. :D

I thought he was very fair for any incidents involving play bar the penalty decision. He was also consistent for the dissent - which he did no tolerate More refs need to be like this - avoiding cards for the slightest upset in play, just giving the free kick where req and coming down hard on dissent. As long as theyre consistent in this i have no problems with it. Too many just treat the ref like sh&t

If he is guilty then good riddance to him but like you said, he's going to be branded a racist now for the rest of his career and any such accusation in the future will hold due to this. Was Bowyer ever found guilty of racism?
