Aye it's obviously different after a match, just usually at night (especially on a weekend) I hate travelling on the Metro. I remember when me and a couple of mates had been drinking in Whitley on a Friday night about a year ago, and decided to head up to Town on the Metro, had to wait 10 minutes for the Metro to come, was about 10-15 charvas hanging around the station, and a group of drunk tramps with their cans, was a lovely scene. So the Metro eventually comes and some of the tramps get on (they were about 50 aswell), and sit on the opposite side to us, where they constantly harass us for money, even though we told them every fucking time we had no spare change, was annoying as fuck when every minute one of them kept saying "get off at Chilly Road aye" and repeatedly asked us if we were at Chilly Road yet. As if the journey wasn't bad enough, we had to get off at Wallsend, by which point we couldn't be arsed with Town anymore, and decided to just go to a pub near ours, so went to a taxi rank. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for a taxi, which gave us plenty of time to view the masses of charv scum wandering about the place, was proper depressing, the centre of Wallsend really is a shit place of a night.

I got the Metro back from Whitley at about 8 last night and was fully expecting there to be charvas either at the station or on the train, surprisingly there wasn't. It's shite how I should have to be concerned if there's going to be a group of charvas when i'm trying to go home. About a year ago I waiting for a Metro at Hadrian Road on a Friday night, and there were charvas on both platforms, who were have some shite arguement when the dicks on the other platform started hoying the rocks from between the tracks. The charvas on my platform left, and then the other ones predictably started on me, giving it all that "ee thinks eee'z class 'im!" bollocks for no reason whatsoever, and then hoying the rocks at me, thankfully their aim was shite. I left the platform but saw a Metro was coming so just waited outside the station, then when I got on the train they put one of the windows out. Pure scum.

Series 5 has already been commissioned. I agree it doesn't seem as brilliant as it once was, shame. Can see the quality slipping further by the end of the nexr series. Pheonix Nights is on CH4 now, there's a show that was constantly amazing, the fact it only ran for 2 series helped like.
