How embarassing was it that when he was playing Alexander the great that they made all the macedonians talk with Irish accents to match him. One of the stupidest decisions i've seen in films, alogn with actually releasing Alexander at all as it was a dull pile of shite!

Fantastic effort from Hargreaves against Portugal for 120 mins and the only penalty scored. But its typical of Sven that he had this player who he rated and others didn't and he pissed the bloke aroudn and made him look shite. He's a defensive midfilder who has shown what he can do in that role when he gets full games, but Sven spent years using him from the bench to come on and change games when we're struggling or chasing the game.

Just got in from work to see the pens and what happened after! Its not even worth facing the Jormans in a penalty shoot out as they will win, there is no questioning it! Mr Lazaru - get your facts right! The women have frequently asked TO BE ALLOWED to play 5 set matches only to be told they can't! Players like Martina Navratilova have tried for donkeys to change that rule only to come up against a brick wall. Nor is it the point that there is only a little bit of a discrepency between the prize money - the fact is that there IS a discrepency, however small. Very true. Fifa have a big part of the blame as they set the rules, and the refs some of the blame, but the players have been acting like morons at times and if fifa had done its job and cracked down on cheating, diving, feinging injury and people waving imaginary cards you would have seen double what we've had so far!!!

Get used to it, nearly all officials suffer from "up Brazil's arse syndorme" whereby they will act like giggling teeny bopper fans of a boyband and give Brazil decisions left, right and centre merely because they're Brazil. When the aussies played them everything they did was apparently a foul on Brazil and would any other team have seen Rivaldo manage to get a player sent off with what he did back in the last world cup and then amazingly get away without a ban once he was caught by tv cameras!
