well I'm off out to lunch today with Little Miss Big Boobs and a mutual friend who is thinking about breast implants. Now I don't buy into this big is beautiful thing when it comes to breasts, I prefer them managable (that looks incorrectly spelt) but I suppose if he wants bigger boobs it's his choice.

should have taken photographs of the fireworks and should post them somewhere useful, like ... oh I dunno... a web based message board?
-
made a boo boo silly girl trying to play with computers. stick to knitting
-
has had less adoring boys fawning around her of late.... perhaps is letting herself go?
-
well I'll swap you, I'm pretty much the only living person in my house, Pops is only conmedic when he's not stressed out by work.. which is 90% of the time. I always spell swap badly at the first attemopt... always want to put an 'o' in there.... God help me I'm going to Blyth tonight, I'm wearing my stab vest. but I'm going to wear my trendy Studenty scarf and a pink t-shirt... that should antogonise the locals no-end... so should using words that have more than one syllable..

is your fancy job title "Vision technician", "Waste management co-ordinator", "Paper based Periodical distribution assistant"

I'm back home now, I was in Oxley Hall last year, but now live at the Hyde Park, literally just behind the Hyde Park Pub. I'm living in Seaton Sluice, just south of Blyth and North of Shitley Bay

I could murder a decent curry, but living in the arsehole of nowhere kind of limits the take away options. there's a decent chippy quite close... but that's about it

I'd reckon it's more likley to be some soft shite from the local council then any Jewish militant anti-tinsel mob. or perhaps it's just a barrel of bollocks mind?

might find that being a kitty sniper has drawbacks, like when he needs to cash the cheques from the shady contractors...

got the boxed set ages ago and just keep finding myself watching it over and over. staggering camera work and really exceptional stories, made more astounding because they're true. there is naff all on tv tonight though. Wish I'd kept the Band of Brothers fest for now.
-
oh and I think the pink-ness is just an result of Alex's avatar... it's spreading through the screen.
-
I'm so bored I can't even bne arsed to bite to Alex's Student jibe-age bought all Xmas presents now, just wandered around Waterstones for an hour and bought the least expensive/interesting things I could find. I'm actually considering watching Band of Brothers again. All of it. In a row.

not aussie at all alex foolish old baldy man he's "what happens when scousers feed their children" very funny, in fact I'd go so far as to say he's funnier than I am....
-
Dear Wendy is decent.. quite trendy and odd though. never watch "Soul Plane" though.. it's truly truly terrible. It strikes me as a film made by a middle aged white man from scarborough, for a black audience. Utter Utter shite.
-
I think I watched some of it.. but I think it's one of those films were you should really give it your full attention to enjoy it. a lot like "Dude where's your car"
-
only really enjoyed Carey in Man in the Moon and the Mask oh and Ace Venturar pet detective has to be one of the worst films I've seen in a long bloody time.
-
I think I was the only person in the cinema to laugh out loud when the guy falling from the bow of the sinking ship twats his head off a chimney-thing and spins off into the sea... worth it though.

I was fortunate in that I had intended to watch Star Wars, but it was sold out so I figured I'd watch this new Keanu Reeves flick. had heard nothing about it and it was one of those films that became my instant favourite, good idea, well executed and well shot. The Balsa wood performance of Reeves didn't really detract fromt he film. If I'd heard any of the hype I doubt I'd have been so impressed. Totally let down by the sequels though.
-
well I dunno about everyone else, but at the end of the film I was in floods of tears, muttering the same phrase over and over. "ten fucking quid that cost me... ten fucking quid..." however on the plus side the girlfriend at the time realised how much suffering she had just put me through and made it up to me by buying me a chinese takeaway... yeah that's going to get those 3 hours of my life back.

the only problem with old horror movies is that it's pretty impossible for them to maintain the fear factor so long after their release. The are a few films which can still get your pulse racing despite the effects improving, or the shot/angle has been replicated a million times, but they are a rare breed. hate titanic despite the impressive effects. Awful script, awful acting and awful concept. Dicaprio dies... great... but I reckon this film is the Westlife of movies. It's aimed at pubescent girls, it was only succesful because of the scores of pubescent girls and weepy types. It's the most over-hyped, pile of shite ever consigned to celluloid. if it was a great film then so are Matrix 2 & 3, they too had impressive effects and some stand out moments of cinema (the car chase scene in 2), but the overwhelming feeling was that of a total waste of a good idea and a big budget.
