He's a poacher and for a team creating loads of chances he can be prolific, but I'm not convinced he can do it for a team where we won't be in control of games as much.

Still hungover from the Sunday to be honest

An LM reference old bean, don't you worry your pretty little head about it.

Kill themselves loads though, so...

Of course there is the very likely possibility that I've input one of your predictions incorrectly. Dunno if there's a better way to record the votes and retrieve that data? Rather than eyeballing 60 odd predictions when hungover and tired?
-
Is it still cheaper to do that?
-
Depends what is counted as generated; player sales, prize money, sponsorship deals, tv money?

There's a couple of voided results this season, perhaps we have different ways of recording that? I gave nobody any points for those games.

AC looks far, far better than Prometheus in the trailers, but then Man of Steel looked brilliant and was a let-down. -
Such an exciting time, Benitez committing his future, Ashley committing his support. I almost want the 17/18 season out the way so we can see where we are aiming for after a season of what will likely be fairly boring consolidation.

I'd take Atsu on loan with a view to buy. Worst thing about these ridiculous rumours is that in a few weeks time, the pundits and rent-a-quotes will be deriding deluded Newcastle fans for thinking they're going to sign Benzema, Fabregas, Toure, etc. -
Aye, I've no problem keeping him as a utility defender. He's a good pro, is all right as a back up, but if we could sign someone at a level above he shouldn't really play that much. Hard to know what the priority is, to be honest. Will Gayle cut it in the Premier League? or is he a Jordan Rhodes? Will Clark, Hanley, Lascelles and Mbemba actually be good enough or will they be found out? Would our limited defence be under less pressure if we had an actual, quality number 10? Or should we just find 2017's version of Laurent Robert and just watch the wondergoals fly in?

I've a mate who's an archaeologist who'd be seething if he saw this. I mean, he wouldn't have a comeback because he's an archaeologist and his career is in ruins.

I've no issue with higher education being free, but it should be harder to get into Uni. Also, only actual Universities should get to call themselves that. Sort the wheat from the chav

Generic small time football blather thread 2015/16

Just realised Palace can still go down. Palace are on 38pts and they've got Hull and Man United. Swansea are on 35pts but visit Sunderland and host WBA Hull are on 34pts and visit Palace and host Spurs. Now, Swansea could get 6pts from their last two games against sides with nowt to play for and sew up survival. Then if Hull beat Sacko-less Palace they'll be on 37pts and go into a home game on the final day of the season against a Spurs team who'll surely be on the beach? Surely the best end to this season? Newcastle up as champions, Hughton promoted too. Allardyce, Sunderland and Boro relegated. -
and yet you still haven't answered a simple question.
-
You're right, I hadn't refreshed the table; here's the revised one. Makes little change to the title challengers though
-
Yeah. Obviously it includes Cup games, hence the -1 GD

It's working for me and KCG? Anyone else having issues?
