Agree 100% with what Malcolm is saying. If Martin O'Neill isn't ready for a return to football-let alone the turmoil at Newcastle- then it would be a bad move for all parties. He wouldn't have the passion to continue and we would be seeing a manager who isn't fully focused on the job at hand because of the fact that his wife is ill.
