I take it all back about our squad being good enough....over optimism at the time. Simple fact is we are collectively crap from front to back. Without Taylor and Colo we are abysmal in defence, comical error after comical error, no poise from out fullbacks when on the ball. Midfield lacks everything, very laboured and aimless, nothing coming through the middle to split defences, nothing coming from out wide for our stikers to get onto. And even when our strikers get a chance we waste it...i'v actually had enough now.

Lovenkrands is fucking woeful out wide man. It's like playing with 10 men. He was an absolute waste of space yesterday. I've said that since we signed him last season...brings absolutely fuck all to the team. Its got to be Carroll and Ranger up front for me...maybe a bit too similar but at least Ranger has a bit of pace. Jonas and Raylor out wide and Smith and Guthrie in the middle. Either that or go back to one upfront with nolan in behind...works...just a little negative really.

Totally agree. For all i love big al and i think he would do well here, its one of those situations where if he came in pre-season i would have no worries. Where as we are a quarter into the season, built up some momentum and CH has done well. That being said, Shearer would lift the place and with him and new ownership we would finally have that backroom stability we have been waiting for, that inturn will filter through to the playing squad. Shearer WILL bring leadership and a strong character to boss the team/side...i just think that for this season certainly Hughton should be given an instrumental role.

Well what a fuckin shower of shit...midweek we said it was becasue QPR played well when in fact we played shit, couldnt pass the ball with any purpose, couldnt take our chances and couldnt boss the game at HOME. Today totally totally reiterates how shite we actually are...maybe iv been over-confident lately but the truth was there for all to see/hear today. At home to Bristol and we get a 0-0 fuck sake. We were slow, sloppy and wasteful, we dont create enough, and what we do create we squander. Yes we were unlucky with the penalty and im sure Hughton will blame the result on that...but the is we were fuckin awful. Lack proper width, lack someone who can properly lead the line upfront, and more importantly we lack anysort of creativity in centre midfield. Hmmm...
