If 10 is the happiest you can feel, and 1 is the worst. Last three or four days I'm about 3, and I've been 9 for months. Tuesday is a right D Day.

they do that was my point. They're either tarquins, admin boys, or called Denzil or Shabaz from Hackney.

Everton: Firstly without being bigoted or going straight for the jugular, their supporters collectively are without question the biggest tramps I've ever seen in my life consistently, not just one or two, or worse some years than others, they are complete and utter scruffs. I went with me fatha to the home game with me fatha the other month, and this kid about 23/24 was walking up the ramp on Barrack Road under the tunnel right behind us for 100 yards with his bird. His bird looked like what can only be described as a blonde ewok, and if you saw her you would think the words "Star Wars", but him adidas tracksuit top, turn up jeans, NIKE trainers, and all you could understand from him was "fochhhhgin" he was talking complete and utter shit about him and his mate having a fight the shittest story ever and his lass is laughing like Bob Monkhouse, had just come back from the dead to deliver his greatest performance. At the finish someone actually told him to shut up that's after 90 seconds of being in earshot, and it's a pathetic story that but it mirrors things I've seen from them through the years. Absolute bunch of parafins. They hang on to this desperate belief they are a big club, they probably were a big club in the 60's, and they won the league twice in the 80's only half filling their ground whilst doing it I may add. They have a good history, 15 major trophies is a creditable haul for a club of what I perceive their stature to be. 9 league titles (last one in 1987) 5 FA Cups (last one in 1995) and the CWC. A good history, rated by the media as glittering history over 100 odd years. Now if Everton have a glorious history, why do Newcastle have a shit history? They've only got 4 more major trophies than us, they have a fabulous history, and we have a shite history. I'll tell you why, because they've overachieved massively while we have underachieved probably more spectacularly than any club in Europe, yet the trophy haul is very similar. So the way I look at it is, we either have a glittering history if they do, or if we have a shit history so do they. Total uninformed mugs have no idea our trophy cabinet isnt that dissimilar to Everton. I think most supports are deluded but I think it's the insular nature of scousers which makes them THE most deluded of all of the clubs. When a player chooses us over Everton, they can't understand it. They genuinely can't fathom why. I don't think it's a front, it's the most blind delusion you could imagine. The only player in living memory who chose to sign for Everton when we wanted them was Leighton Baines, and that is squarely because he is an Everton fan, who couldn't live more than 20 miles from Liverpool, he gets homesick on fucking England duty even. My point is the conclusion they always reach is that a player signs for us because we offer them more wages. That is the only possible reason they could sign for us. They don't consider the following. We are significantly richer in our turnover is at least £20m higher than their's in ANY season, we attract 51,000 fans to games they attract 31,000 to games, this is a better area, we've had a recent history of proper European runs, in the Champions League, we have better players, we're have inifinitely more potential, we have a fanbase realistically two or three times bigger than their's and that's being kind. But no, the ONLY PLAUSIBLE REASON a player could join Newcastle over Everton is wages. Demba Ba is on £80k a week apparently. Biggest deluded set of wanks in football, a boring club, who literally no one is interested in, even Liverpool hate others more than them, an insignificance in modern football, and it must hurt them.

Spot on! The word Tarquin was made to describe Arsenal supporters. Absolutely the epitome of why the revolution in football in 1992, was not an entirely good thing. In Germany the tannoy bloke reads the team out, I find it quite cringeworthy but it sounds like they mean it. The tannoy bloke reading the teams out will go "Lucaaaaaas" then crowd shout back quick as fuck like they mean it "POHDOLSKEEEEEE" Arsenal dee it and it sounds like a pack of zombies, its horrendous and it sums them up "Sameeeeeeeeer" NASSHNGGHHHI its like a low groan. Arsenal man, loved by so many too, I suppose its an outlet for middle class southerners in to football, Fever Pitch the book and film sum it all up, boring upper class wanks.

Agree with every word, I've even met canny mackems believe it or not, smoggies, some blinding cockneys, decent Scotch, but them you've got it nailed, boring, arrogant, loud, unintelligent, annoying, unintelligible. Awful piggery of a place which genuinely has not one redeeming feature in terms of its' people.

That Arsenal lot are pretty shit to be fair. Arsenal were in the middle of a crisis with Nasri leaving as well as the void from fabregas causing panic. They conceded 4 goals to and lost to blackburn ffs, and had a string of games which made arsenal fans call for Wengers head and relegation talk. We met them at the best possible time and only managed a draw at home. Since then they have obviously gone on a win streak with Van Persie hitting form, but why am I reciting history to you. Are you living in a cave without internet and cable-tv? Spurs, Man Utd? As Manc Mag said, you're a fucking idiot. We got ripped a new one by Man Utd. The result was extremely flattering. Unlike you Im not just blindly looking at results, I try analyzing the games to see where and how we can improve. 90 minutes of hoofing and a 0-1 win is not "a fantastic game by us", but I guess we disagree on that. Also, Best and Obertan should be nowhere near the XI. Mugs like you should talk about your national sport, eating reindeer or something, rather than talking pish about an English sport. Newcastle MORE than held their own at Old Trafford till we went down to 10 men. Any team on earth would be "under the kosh" with ten men there you fucking nob. As MancMag said you are a gimp, I thought that after seeing 4 of your posts. -

A call from who ffs? Attention seeking 'ITKs' probably the most pathetic thing on the internet. Fuck off man you massive bell end. Nice disclaimer too I work closely with the marketing/media team at NUFC, you massive bell-end! Steve Brenner is a big face in the media of NUFC, he's used me as inspiration of at least two of his pieces, so he talks to me regularly. What's your name because if what you say is true he'll know you. All you've said is Ben Arfa's not playing but it's not been decided. Waste of time post. -

How come I've never seen you spouting this shit on an actual Liverpool board? You often brag about other teams boards that you visit, and how you've told them straight about how shit their team/people/hometown are, and yet, Liverpool, the place/team/people you hate most, you never mention anything about telling them straight. The Liverpool Way love the billy big bollicks types like you. Or maybe I'm wrong, maybe you have posted the above shit on Liverpool boards, I'd be interested in a link if you have. Obsessed this bloke. I wouldn't post on an Al Quaeda board and I wouldn't post on any of your deluded boards for the same reasons. -

About Demba Ba from their supporters. Coming from a club who spent £35,000,000 on a kid who had played less than 30 Premiership games fuck me, such cunts. He's actually got 21 league goals this calendar year, some flash in the pan. -

100% spot on. They're giving the very top teams games (Chelsea, Man C, Man U) when they're expected to act the part as one of the traditional 'big boys' and straining every sinew, but they're incapable of it on a regular basis against the 'lesser' clubs because in actual fact they're not one of the top teams. Those are the games Man U pretty much never fail to win and that's what makes you a top side, not just showing up against Man C on your day at home as Liverpool have. We need to play our game as though we're setting up away from home against one of the standard battlers iyam, not get overawed because it's Liverpool because that'd be paying them way too much respect and just playing into their hands. Don't give them any time or space and we'll see how many 'special' players they've got. Ya spot on, go there like we're going to Villa or Everton, cos they're not that much better. Bellamy is probably going to be the man who will worry us most, their midfield, ours should be able to run the show on paper - Lucas, the mackem, fuck me they're both shit. People keep saying Lucas is developing in to some player, he remains shit ineffectual and a stop gap whenever I see him. I'll be very disappointed if we lose, it's not even an atmosphere you have to combat neither, they go behind and get edgy, very optimistic about our chances. Was my first paragraph disagreeable like Never in the worrrrr-ld. -

There's nothing that can be said about scousers and their supporters that hasn't been said before, scummiest club, scummy set up, scummy area, scummy people, even worse than Everton fans I think for definite. You could say all sorts but everybody in the country knows what they are. The game itself, Liverpool are a definite bogey team for us, even at home they've won here about 5 times in the Premiership era, but we can go there on Friday and win. They're nothing like the bigger clubs on the pitch, I mean you have to look at their players not more than 5 would replace our best eleven presently, that's my view and I'm sure am not alone. We can go there and win without any doubt, but we need to play better than we did at Bolton, and at the same time I wouldn't be disappointed with a draw it would do, but I'm aiming for 4 points from the next two games. -
Chris Smalling is the only one to come from the 8th level to my knowledge. Ian Wright went from Dulwich Hamlet to Palace just short of his 22nd birthday. Palace were 2nd division then though, I dunno what level Dulwich Hamlet were at but my guess is pretty shit. It was a lot more common place then though, we'd sign a lot of people from the Scottish Second and Third Divisions, which is probably the equivalent of the West Road five a side on a friday night. Albert Craig, Sweeney and John Gallagher come to mind. Chris Waddle came from Tow Low which was probably in the 9th or 10th tier.

Oh dear. You know the way of life in most of France is supposed to be 50 years behind life here, well the standard of crack clearly is too.
-
He's moaning to me on twitter about getting old, he's fucking 23! I don't like him. However, it's sending me to sleep on a real high this the neet, a striker on trial from the 8th tier of English football.

Wow!?!?!?!? Ridiculous comments by Merson! Especially, at this point in time. Although, I will admit that they do have a few more trophies in their history, and they haven't been relegated in a while... http://en.wikipedia....otal_titles_won Albeit, they are still boring as hell and their "fans" are zzz zzz zzz!!! Since 1900, baring in mind slavery was still going and electricity was a luxury then, they have won TWO and we've won four. Always says a lot to me what someone posts in their first post, if the admin can verify you're a yank then I'll take you off block.

Good post. Regarding that day at Villa you mention, it was one of the worst of my life, they were so fucking happy we were relegated. Prior to May 24 2009, I reckon if we relegated them, we'd walk out the ground shake their hands and go "poor cunts". I don't condone football violence, but I hope Newcastle is never a friendly place for those bunch of arseholes to come to and it wasn't one or two people ye naa it was almost everyone, was like they'd won a trophy, in fact I've never seen them as passionate about anything.

Craig Burley is probably the worst, and I think it boils down to our game against Derby in 2002, I can't remember who did it, but he was injured by one of our players so bad he had to retire. Regarding Merson you're right, he said The Tyne Wear derby was a nothing game and no one in Southampton was interested in it. Funny how in 2009 it got Sky's largest viewing audience of any game that year.
