I don't think I'll ever change... ran just over 10 miles this morning and then went to McDonalds because I wanted to try a mint Aero McFlurry without any feelings of guilt.

That bit after the last tea break looks like it has potential to draaaag.

Mine too. I bloody hate cheese & onion, which is weird because I love both cheese and onion. I'm even boring myself, sorry.

Second specs will be sunglasses.

That gap of solely air at the top is depressing as fuck. Salt & vinegar Discos are bloody lovely. Crisps are annoying though, I can easily go months without eating them but the minute I have one bag I immediately crave them constantly for about a week after. I suppose that's the beauty of junk food.

I use Asda delivery too but just for heavy/bulky/frozen stuff as we don't have a car. We always still get fresh stuff separately because I don't trust them to pick decent things and transport it properly.

I had to go out and put my phone into airplane mode for most of the day just to avoid thinking about this. Absolutely can't believe it at all, can't stop thinking about whether there was anything at all we could've done (I know really there wasn't btw).

RIP buddy. I still can't believe this is real.

Only just read Stevie's news, bloody hell. Thinking of you, and I'm positive you'll beat this.

John "The Undertaker" Alder & Liam Sweeney RIP
Jill replied to Gene_Clark's topic in Newcastle Forum
I was thinking I recognised Liam and just found out this morning he worked in Killingworth Morrisons, so that'll be where I know his face from. So tragic, but great to see such a level of donations and tributes across the board. -
I spent hours crafting that response. Good to see you around again!

Had one of these earlier: Pretty nice.

We had relatives over from Australia last year and oh the horror of taking them out to a quiet Italian restaurant. I've never cringed so much in all my life and I think everyone at the table tried to excuse themselves to go to the toilet when someone started on with a very loud story about "coons".

Going on Saturday, which currently looks better than Sunday weather-wise.
-
Same, although just had a week off work with lots of eating, drinking and no exercise rather than a trip away. It's a bit gutting to be back at work today but I can't wait to hit the gym later after nearly a fortnight off and thousands of excess calories to burn.

Great stuff, keep at it.

Rotten colour scheme, would not ride.
-
Aye they are.

I think they were about £90, from Start Outdoors in town. Could probably find them cheaper online though. The chap instore was very complimentary about the men's version, I thought he was just giving it the hard sell but they are really good.

I'm awful for this, I've not got the mental strength for running at all. It takes me an age to convince myself to actually go for a run then I always end up doubting myself within about 20 minutes even though I know I'm perfectly capable in terms of my fitness.

I've been meaning to do a parkrun for ages like, got the barcodes printed out but on the off chance I fancy a Saturday morning run I just end up going somewhere near home rather than having to head into town on the bus. I'm not one for wishing I drove but it'd be handy for that at least.

Good stuff, Meenz. Cracking effort.

Tried them out on a 6 mile walk before and they're very comfortable and springy. I was in desperate need for something a bit more sensible than my other trainers for walking in.
