Right I'm actually being sincere for a change here, just try actually phoning them and say you're not happy with the service, possibly thinking of canceling etc and they might give you some form of a goodwill gesture. In cases like this for disruption what normally goes on is they just give you the money back in what you would have paid for a full month and divide it by how many days you lost service. spoke to them before and they said if my connection is not stable by the a.m. the mora they will speak to their billing department ?? Wait and see I suppose

This still is not helping... am I entitled to some compensation for the disruption or not ??

...had dodgy connections since Friday and every time I have rang Bangalore or wherever the fuck it is I have been told " there is a problem with the BT exchange" and yet 5 minutes later I get connected !!! WTF !!!! Can I get compensation or what !!
