Its when you see little spots/specks, especially when looking at light colours. Its little pieces of debris which are floating through the vitreous fluid in the eyeball. They seem like pieces of dust or dirt but you cant wipe it away as its within the eye. They are normally harmless but can be a sign of a torn or detached retina. MY best mate kept getting floaters then they became much worse, she was seeing them all the time, luckily she went to the opticians who sent her to hospital right away. She had laser treatment that day to repair the tears. Very scary! She needed the other eye done at a later date too. Which I do have, but is exactly NOT what I keeping telling them about but they dont fucking listen, so I gave up and lived with it. I have snow/static in my vision. A bit like when you turn your tv to channel 99 or whatever and there is fuck all here apart from b&w static. I've googled it and plenty others have the same thing but no one has found what it is. It's not getting worse so I just put up with it. Wow that's so fucked up as I have the exact same thing mate! Just came on one day and never went away!!! How are you at using a PC screen? I've always had problems with the contrast and brightness since I got this problem. I have had my eyes checked, my brain scanned and still no answer... tbh its settled down a bit, but I was off work for 6 weeks as was completely debilatated by it at one point. Docs have been useless with me too... any problems with back pain? I'm convinced its related to trapped back nerves! Im ok with a PC screen but I do struggle reading the sky tv info boxes, like channel listings etc. I also struggle with red writing on a green background or visa versa but thats more a colour thing. I find it hard to focus on the sky tv thing which is odd as I've got good vision otherwise. Back is fine other than the odd thing now and again. When you chuck two kids around as I do and fall alseep on the sofa I'm bound to to get some back pain! Hmm thats pretty interesting as my problem is black & white, which makes using a PC screen a pain in the backside. Sounds like you have similar problems just slight variation on the colour thing. Did yours just come on one day, and how did it start? Mine started with what I thought was a really bad migraine, then woke up the next day with completely fucked vision. Like I said its died down a bit but is still a constant battle as using a PC results in eye strain and makes me incredibly tired all the time... also developed a form a dyslexia as a result of it, and also concentration levels are very poor now a days Nee idea. Can't remember now, must be about 6 years ago.

Mine's small and north facing so is officially shit, hardly ever get any sun which is probably why I have moss rather than grass. What percentage does that detract from the house price I wonder, maybe 10%? There was something on telly the other day where an estate agent claimed 'West is the new South', so there you go. Aye West gets the sun till the end of the day in summer. All you miss out on is the morning. Mine is North East which is shite and also full of moss and my borders are pretty much bollocks. Cut the grass yesterday and started weeding and pulling dead plants. Would have been easier just to turn the whole lot over tbf.

South is best for growing stuff (gets more sun) but West is probably better for using the garden as late as possible. Course it also depends on surrounding buildings but as a rule of thumb.

Thats pretty much what I suggested. The whole thing sounded like it came from the club in an attempt to improve their reputation. As I said, I may be sceptical but with their track record...

Newcastle United 4-1 Wolverhampton Wanderers
JawD replied to Monroe Transfer's topic in Newcastle Forum
Pretty desparate like isnt it? I dont think we'll go down but its far from impossible. Beating wolves would make things look a whole lot more comfortable. It's also exactly the type of game we trip up on... -
oh the irony! Explain Well, at a guess, you're banging on to LM about "letting go" in a thread you made about him, purely to bait him into replying so you could tell him he was at it again and to let it go?

Aye, no issues like ASM. Nowt at all. Freud would think he'd won the lottery man

They both actually let me lie in on Saturday, 7.15am I got up! Usually its 6 - 6.30am ish. 5.30am on a bad day. Eldest most sleeps ok now. Youngest not so. Wakes a couple of times a night looking for his dummy. Has a cough at the moment which is stopping him sleeping and each cough is followed by a cat like wail. I've been reading about putting vicks on their feet, so might try that soon. I'd dance on the roof if I thought it would help Picked up loads of shite since eldest started nursery.

same here. Get some bacon on the barby mate, let's have a few cans. I went to Morrisons today, and when I stood in the queue, a bloke with a turban was behind me, said thanks when I put the seperator on the checkout conveyor belt, I said no problem mate and I had a little chat with him. Seemed a good bloke. Racist ? Me ? You're having a laugh. Earlier in the week though, I was looking at the shelves and 2 muslim-like women almost barged me out of the way to reach for something, when I glared at them, they started talking about me in their own language. Racist and ignorant, as Stevie said. Or not ? It wasn't the bacon counter and I didn't have any in the basket Ignorant perhaps but how the fucks thats racist I dont know.

Fucking hell, I dont agree with half of what LM says (hang on, that means I do agree with half as well? - not sure about that ) - But I dont get half the people coming on a thread and just taking a swipe for the sake of it. It's like being in a fucking playground. It was a shit thread to start with made by someone who clearly has issues. If you don't like someones posts just ignore the frigging things? Tell ya, I get more rational out of my kids.

Can't help but think this schmooze comes from the club trying to shine a positive light on itself. Maybe I'm just being too sceptical.

Lots of people, in fact the majority of people, insisted that "anybody would be better than Fred"....remember this was at a time when we were expected to play in europe and not qualifying for europe was failure, and people booed a team for only finishing 5th in the premiership.... Get it ? Happy now ? I can remember my stance clearly. I welcomed change but also said we needed to be careful as the grass isnt always greener. I'd didnt expect it to be fucking moss though

Damn 1 y/o wouldnt listen...

Don't they make the rocking world go round? Oh hang on....

I deal with a couple of manufacturers in Japan so have been getting updates from them. While factories that are in the south are fine and the ports in the south are fine, component manufacturers that supply these in the north are fucked as are the ports on the east. This means that while stock of components is immediately ok, many japanees manufacturers (think Sanyo, Panasonic, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Toshiba etc) have a race against time to find alternative suppliers for parts. Expect to see availability of products drop by the summer as factories production slows. Also current power outages are slowing current production. Then shipping is a problem as all shopping from the east now has to go south pushing up delays through sheer volume and lack of containers pushing up cost.
