With EFH and shifting to Talk Talk, purely for the fact that Talk Talk is free. I unplugged my modem, uninstalled it then re-installed and it wasn't any better.

Over the past day or so my internet has really slowed down. I'm on a 1 meg connection but I did a couple of speed tests and got much lower than I should. I asked for my MAC code and am waiting for the new ISP to get me switched over, do you reckon the old isp could be playing funny buggers?

If you kick up enough of a fuss they will sedate you. I wasn't sedated for the first one and refused to have any after that unless I was given something.

The ones I've had were fucking grim, even with sedation. The enema before hand isn't too grand either.

Won the league with MK Dons, that makes it league two, one, championship and PL. In the FA cup final against Villa too. Hammered them. League and cup double.

Sheffield had put it out of play for a player to get treatment, Kanu(iirc) threw the ball back to the Sheff Utd players, but Overmars nipped in went through on goal and scored. I think Steve Bruce had his players walk off the pitch. It was a cup game and there was murder over it. Overmars claimed he was new to the league and custom of returning the ball in that situation. Other way round. Overmars took the throw and it was Kanu that scored. It was also Kanu that was new to the league.

Have to shave pretty much everyday, twice if I'm out on an evening (although I try to skip the morning shave if that the case). Use all the usual things like shaving foam and after shave balm. I use the sunbeds now and again to get rid of the "casper the friendly ghost" look that winter gives me. My hair is pretty thick and unmanageable so use wax or something similar to try and sort it out.

It's only December and I think I've had more than my fair share of home games. but still pretty impressive. Beaten Chelsea at home and beat Arsenal 4-1 at their place. Been a bit fluke-tastic though.

I was once in the Ronnie Gill. Met Alan Oliver a couple of times when I worked at a hotel. He used to come with his missus and friends for the ABBA tribute nights. I remember him writing out player ratings in between courses. Seen Malcom McDonald a couple of times.

You bastard. How the hell are you able to eat that? That'd almost put me in hospital. The colitis is pretty much settled in remission mate. Most of the trouble I have now is IBS, which is a nightmare to treat, plus I have nothing to do today so a little indulgence won't cause me to many awkward situations.
