  1. Also used to spend many a saturday afternoon down at 'Bassy G's' on Dean street - the place hummed of Brut and weed!
  2. You're the first person I've known (except myself and the then Mrs TS) who was at Plexus. I was beginning to think I had dreamt them all. No it definitely happened! there were a few other similar things I can vaguely remember going to, Tsoma I think one of them was called and there was one at Northumbria Uni - think it may have only happened once and it was called Red Eye or something like that???
  3. Kev desperately hoping for the return of ToughGuyMick to deflect shit away from him...
  4. Went to just about anything between 95-98. Every Judgement Day, Rez, Plexus, etc. And amazingly never took any pills! Then started going to a D&B night at the uni, cant remember what it was called though, then moved to London where I've been a lot calmer. I did end up in some warehouse rave before xmas though and thoroughly enjoyed myself till the next morning when I felt like I'd been hit by a bus. *Edit: D&B night was called Turbulence I think?
  5. Get rid of the cape from the right shoulder and it's a winner...
  6. Get rid of the cape from the right shoulder and it's a winner...
  7. Wish I could find somewhere that sells this stuff. Drank litres of it on holiday last year in Croatia and I don't really even like lager...
  8. Unknown - decent way to spend a hungover saturday afternoon Battle Los Angeles - it's Black Hawk Down with shonky aliens in it but still thoroughly enjoyable
  9. Incidentally I see the slimy Vetere cunt has quit as Villa's chief scout as him and Houiller didn't see eye to eye on transfer targets. Obviously Houllier didn't fancy Nacho Gonzalez warming his treatment table for a season either...Rumbled again Jeff! http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Aston...icle713550.html
  10. Or ask DEADMAN how they rate on the football game of his choice...
  11. This. Although I doubt Forster wants to warm the bench after he's playing regularly and probably gonna get his second medal in 2 seasons. Krul seriously needs to sort his kicking out though.
  12. Gosling I don't understand, got him already in the sick-bay, nursed him back into training, played in a reserve outing with no apparent problems, then played a few minutes with the first team, and his knee swells up. Where is he and what is his status. Will we see him again this season. At the end of the summer when we have signed no fucker of any merit, you can almost hear the party line being toted by Pardew now..."We've got Hatem and Gosling coming back this season so they will be like new signings, and signings of the quality we expect for a club like this." Glossing over the fact that we will still be thread bare in key areas and will probably have signed some knacker as our new number 9.
  13. As much as it pains me to admit it, the mackems shirt is actually quite a nice design, cheapened by having Tombola plastered on the front of it but as far as the template goes I quite like it.
  14. I like that cosmos one, got a nice 70's look about it
  15. I thought it looked quite interesting, written by the guy who wrote Jaws & The Deep and it had Michael Caine in it. Started off ok but from about half way through descended into farce. I wouldn't care but I had to get the DVD imported from Australia, bit of a waste of time and money...
  16. This will no doubt please you then OBG http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Newca...icle712334.html
  17. This season's kit's are pretty crap and cheap looking but by no means the worst in the league... Straight outta '96 - I mean how hard is it to fuck up a plain white shirt?
  18. fuck me that's terrible, as far as an advert goes they could have made it better by getting rid of the piss-poorly produced stuff of the tramp at the start - although 1 man alone in the SOL is pretty accurate and it probably needs to be there so they don't get done for false advertising!
  19. exactamundo, he's living the dream - inevitably it will end in disaster but I bet he's loving it while it lasts.
  20. Think it was '96-'97 vs Everton, we won 1-0 and Rob Lee scored. Had been a regular visitor to Maiden Castle training sessions for a few years prior to that though.
  21. Perfect guy to take the mantle from Alan Smith...nailed on we'll sign the fucker.
  22. Was made to sit through... I suffered so hopefully none of you will have to. Aside from a couple of alright looking women there's nothing redeeming to be had here. Bateman clearly just there for the payday and Favreau needs to sack off the one trick pony that is Vince Vaughan (that was definitely meant to say sack before one of you FYP's it!)
  23. On his day he can be great, shame he only has about 4 days a season...
