Anyone ever done the Wim Hof method training? Ive been doing ice cold showers for the last month and feel like I could jaw Mike Tyson. Also it gets to fat your workout won’t, increases metabolism & your immune system etc, Fully recommend. Also I’ve been on the 5x5 Stronglifts weight training since November and that’s been fantastic too.

Plus in the Second World War it wasn’t so much cowardice that caused the french surrender more they were led by WW1 and sometimes pre-WW1 generals & were a thoroughly old fashioned, slow army. Bizarrely apropos equipment, vehicles & manpower they had the biggest army at the start of WW2. However the Germans had blitzkreig & radio so the french were absolutely obliterated.

It’s fucking bizarre that one It’s 100% an industry thing as well, not sure if it’s a “tartan paint” joke that got out of hand but the strat I got off green day had the back plate off…and I was once talking to a blues guitarist called Ainsley Lister about strat sounds etc and he was like “dude…block the trem and get the back plate off”

And that’s it - no matter how precise you think your military is, they’re not. Civilians, children, get caught up in the bloodshed. They’re displaced, they lose access to shelter & food any illusion of safety. Some doylem in a £300m jet flying over your house and firing a missile…at what exactly!? Why did the flats in Kharkiv get bombed!? Its fucking horrendous.

A proper government would requisition Abramovic’s UK assets, including Chelsea football club and any properties and all of his financial affairs. Same as any other oligarch operating in the UK But we don’t have a proper government. We are Russia’s lapdog.
